December 29, 2008 "Mein Teil" by Rammstein plays as Vesuvius makes his way onto the stage, followed by five women. The crowd gives him and his entourage a mixed response and he simply smiles as he makes his way down the ramp towards the ring. He stops at ringside for a moment and is handed Sammy Jo Johnson's microphone before he pulls himself onto the apron and then steps through the ropes into the ring. He clears his throat and shakes his head. Vesuvius - Jordan Gibson is going to completely overhaul the divas... or however she put it. I have heard rumors that I wish to confirm. Steve Hawkins and his bride Jen are no longer members of the CWA roster. They have been wished well and such and such. The same can be said of the Puck Slappers and their two chicks. Of course, this is actually eliminating divas from the roster. Now, I shall allow my ladies to explain what is happening here. Kelly Buchanan pulls herself onto the apron and then steps into the ring where she is handed the microphone. Kelly Buchanan - The CWA has become a sad shell of what it once was, a company where people like Chastity and Bombshell can win gold and Moose is still considered main event material. Now, you people might like those items, but it just shows how gullible the CWA audience is. As we head towards 2009, let's make one thing clear. When I played the victim all those months ago, when I played it up that Vesuvius here was beating me, it was all complete bullshit. The sad part is I was on the verge of tears, tears of laughter over how easily led these crowds really are. You wanted me to get my revenge and, when it didn't really happen, signs sprouted up which claimed I got screwed out of my place in the CWA. The crowd cheers as "My Girlfriend's Girlfriend" by Type O Negative plays and Scavenger comes out on crutches, walked down the ramp by his wife Lauren. Scavenger doesn't take his eyes off of Vesuvius as he reaches ringside and then he rolls himself into the ring with his wife sliding in moments later. Lauren then helps Scavenger to his feet and the two of them stand face to face with Vesuvius and Kelly Buchanan. Kelly Buchanan - Hey, it's the hero of the CWA! Vesuvius - Your pal Eagle really got you messed up last I saw. He's the big hero and you're on crutches because of his big mouth. Some things never change. Scavenger - It doesn't look like his mouth is bigger than yours. Vesuvius - Maybe not, but I can still walk properly. You got destroyed by Gary Barber as the EVC continued its surge to the top of this company. You see, your heroic stand was all for naught and your plan, whatever it might have been, has probably ended your career. Scavenger - And I am the one who still has a career. You appear to have opened an escort service. One of the divas at ringside rolls herself under the bottom rope into the ring and she gets to her feet and pulls the microphone from the hands of Scavenger. Candy - I am surprised you don't recognize me. Lauren Strong - Why would we? Candy - Lauren, I wasn't talking to you. I was talking to Jake here, Jake Strong. I am quite surprised that when I attacked Missy a month ago that Jake here didn't recognize me. Scavenger - Why would I care? Candy - I have wondered that for years. See, Vesuvius came to me a few months back. He sought me out while you had your perfect family life. You and Fix and Troy just did your own thing and I wasn't even looked for. Christmas just passed and did I get a card? No. Scavenger - I don't send strangers cards. Candy - In Anarchy Inc., I am known as Candy. I am the sweet one. I am the one who loves too damned much and I need to deal with that. Of course, my real name might interest you, Jake. My name is Laura Strong. Scavenger - What? Laura Strong - Troy Freedom, your famous father, he was quite the ladies man. You know that. You also knew he fathered a daughter some years ago. When did you ever seek her out? Scavenger - I don't believe it... Vesuvius - You should, Jake. You see, the CWA is a den of secrets. Jake, your family hid Candy here and that is wrong. I had to take the poor thing in and help her self esteem as a real hero tends to do. Scavenger - But I didn't know... Vesuvius - Spare us your lies. This week, Candy here got to confront her family and in the coming weeks, the other Anarchy Angels will get to do the same. Scavenger - You're a user. Laura, come with us and we can talk. Candy - Too late, Jake. You can't play hero to me. She locks arms with Vesuvius and they leave the ring together while Scavenger shrugs towards his wife. Ricky Simms - This is a huge twist. Crystal Braun is out here with them, too. I guess she isn't missing anymore. Henry Lesher - Vesuvius is blowing the doors off the horrible crap I have had to watch over 2008. I appreciate it. Ricky Simms - He's using those girls. Henry Lesher - Looks like they're all using
each other. Myst - Yes? A man delivering flowers steps into the office, a smile on his face. Delivery Man - I was told to bring these to you. Myst looks at the card and scowls. Myst - Send them back. Delivery Man - Pardon? Myst - I fired him and he thinks flowers will make it right? She shakes her head, waves her hand and sends the man away. A confused Shannon then steps in, having seen the flowers. Shannon Skanes - Bad timing? Myst - Oh, God, what do you want? Shannon Skanes - A truce. Myst - Why? Shannon Skanes - You know why. Myst - I see that ending badly for you, maybe for the entire roster. Shannon Skanes - I want to stop the fighting between us for the kids. Myst - Then we need to talk terms. JC Michaels - 2008 was quite the year for this little company. You see, it was on its last legs. It was dying. It had Tommy Purr and Jack Spade at the top fighting for a title no one really cared about. The ratings were down and the lights were dimming on the once great CWA. That all changed when Gary Barber and your current TV champion showed up. The ratings turned around, the crowds grew in size and suddenly everyone cares again. Suddenly, the CWA was relevant again. Still.... you easily led idiots boo me. JC lowers the microphone and the crowd starts chanting "Asshole" in his direction. He cracks a smile and nods his head for a few moments before he addresses them again. JC Michaels - Hey, if you think I am an asshole now, wait until 2009 gets going. You see, King of Philadelphia was the most purchased pay per view the CWA had in 2008 and that includes the so called Wrestlemania of the CWA known as Battle of the Warriors. Warriors is apparently around the corner and it has people all excited about it. I will tell you this. Warriors will see the end of a feud I have had going here for awhile now and one thorn in my side will be dealt with. Vertigo, I know you can hear me. I know you're back there. I know these fans want you to take this title belt away from me in the middle of the ring. As great as that is, I DON'T CARE. JC tosses the microphone out of the ring and poses on the second rope with the belt raised high above his head. The booing from the crowd is almost deafening and JC is egging them on, basking in their anger trowards him. Ricky Simms - JC enjoys being the bad guy in the CWA. Henry Lesher - No, he just
doesn't care. I can agree with him on that one actually. I almost
never care. Wyatt Gibson - Oh God.... Max Cameron - Yeah, I am just as happy to see you. Where's Myst? Wyatt Gibson - She told me you'd be around tonight. Max Cameron - Where is she? Wyatt Gibson - She has a message for me to deliver to you. We're not looking for any in ring talent right now, but we appreciate your interest. Max Cameron - That's a lie. Wyatt Gibson - Max, you've been a CWA wrestler for a long time, but that time is now gone. Max Cameron - I don't take no for an answer. Wyatt Gibson - You're going to have to, Max. You're not part of the future in this company. Wyatt moves past Max and Max turns to come face to face with Tommy Purr. Tommy Purr - You're begging for your job back? Max Cameron - I don't beg for anything. Tommy Purr - Well, that was close then. Max Cameron - I'm not in the mood. Tommy Purr - Look, if you want back into the company, you just have to go by the law of supply and demand. Create the demand. Make the fans want to see you inside the ring and it will happen. Myst is all about the money. Max Cameron - *smiles* That gives me an idea. Max takes off and
Tommy scowls while we return to the ring. "Piece of Me" by Britney Spears plays as Bombshell makes her way onto the stage, carrying the Aerial title belt over her shoulder. The crowd gives her a warm reaction as she makes her way down the ramp towards the ring. She hands the title belt off to the timekeeper and then she steps up onto the apron before she jumps over the top rope into the ring. She then tests the ropes while her music fades and then we hear "Lala" by Ashlee Simpson and Kosmic Kitty comes out to a loud ovation from the crowd. Kitty makes her way down the ramp to the ring and then she climbs onto the ring apron before she steps through the ropes into the ring. Referee Casey Braun then calls for the bell as the two divas lock up. Bombshell backs Kitty into the ropes where the referee asks for a clean break. Bombshell takes a step back and then knees Kitty in the gut, then gives her a hip toss to the mat where she applies a sleeper hold on Kitty. Ricky Simms - Bombshell wants to finish this one fast. Henry Lesher - Yeah, she approaches matches the same as she does relationships. Kitty gets to her feet and backs Bombshell into the corner where the referee asks for a clean break. Bombshell does release the hold and Kitty retreats to the middle of the ring. Bombshell goes for a clothesline on Kitty, but Kitty ducks it and then she gives Bombshell a knee to the back followed by an inverted DDT to the mat where she goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Bombshell. Kitty then stands Bombshell up, whips her off the ropes and then gives her a backdrop to the mat. Kitty then goes to the ropes in the corner and makes her way to the top rope. She goes for a flying elbow smash from there, but Bombshell moves out of the way and then kips up to her feet. Bombshell then picks Kitty up and slams her to the mat and then lands a leg drop across the throat on Kitty before going for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Kosmic Kitty. Ricky Simms - Good back and forth battle here between these two ladies. Henry Lesher - Ladies? You don't hold much regard for that term, I guess. Bombshell stands Kitty up and then sets her for and delivers a snap suplex to the mat on her. Bombshell then stands Kitty up, whips her into the corner buckle and then charges in for a clothesline, but Kitty side steps it and then Kitty gives Bombshell a side Russian leg sweep to the mat before she goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Bombshell who then rolls herself out to the floor and signals to the referee that she wants a timeout. She paces on the floor while the referee counts and Kitty paces nervously inside the ring. We then see Gerard Angelo making his way down the ramp towards the ring, a smile on his face. Ricky Simms - Why is Gerry out here? Henry Lesher - Why is anyone here? Bombshell spots Gerard Angelo and she races up the ramp to start arguing with him while the count continues. The referee reaches a ten count and calls for the bell. Bombshell realizes she has been counted out and she gives Gerard a kick to the gut and he falls backwards off of the ramp down to the floor while the fans cheer. Bombshell then shakes her head as she retrieves her belt and starts to make her way towards the back while Kitty stands on the middle rope and blows kisses towards the fans. Ricky Simms - Gerry sticks his nose into Bombshell's business and costs her the match. Henry Lesher - Gerry
was more entertaining when he was dead. Ashley Skanes - Well, look at you. Noah Skanes - Hey, Dad said we should be ready for a big night, so I am looking the part. Ashley Skanes - Not worried Mom is going to fire us all? Noah Skanes - Look, I can't lose hope that this nightmare will end. Ashley Skanes - Hey, I just wanted to see what all the fuss was about. I tend to stay out of the family business for the most part, but this is my inheritance. Noah Skanes - It goes a lot further than that, Ash. Ashley Skanes - I'm well aware what's on the line here. That's another reason I have stayed out of it. Maybe I don't want to face all of it. Maybe I want to just stay out of it and ignore it. Noah Skanes - *nods* I'm just not as smart as you. It's all heart with me. Ashley sighs and she locks arms
with her brother, leading him out of the dressing room and towards
the next chapter in their lives. "Imperial March" by Metallica plays as EVC members Eternity and Gary Barber make their way onto the stage. The crowd greets them with the same level of booing that JC Michaels was given earlier. They pose towards the camera on their way by it and make their way down the ramp talking to one another about their strategy for their first match as a tag team in the CWA. Barber pulls himself onto the ring apron while Eternity rolls himself under the bottom rope into the ring where he tests the ropes as their music fades. We then hear "Voices" by Rev Theory as Malk and Jack Spade make their way onto the stage. They look at each other with suspicion before they make their way down the ramp. It's clear they don't trust one another as they argue at ringside about who will start the match. Ricky Simms - This is an odd tag team facing two members of the dominant Eternal Violence Connection stable. Henry Lesher - Spade couldn't have found a pylon for a partner? He gets Malk? Malk rolls himself under the bottom rope into the ring where Eternity starts putting the boots to him. Spade shrugs and shouts out to Malk that he can start. Spade then takes his place in their corner while referee Steve Blake calls for the bell to get the match officially underway. Eternity stands Malk up, whips him off the ropes and gives him a round house kick down to the mat and then gives him a knee drop to the forehead before going for the early pin. 1...2... kick out by Malk. Eternity then chokes the downed Malk with both hands while the referee threatens to disqualify him. Eternity then releases the choke, stands Malk up and whips him into the corner buckle and then gives him a German suplex to the middle of the ring, stands him up and gives him a second German suplex before he again goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Malk. Ricky Simms - Malk is staying in the match, but just barely as Eternity has complete control. Henry Lesher - It's a legend against a nobody, Rick. You can't make that spectacular. Eternity pulls Malk to his corner and tags in Gary Barber. Barber and Eternity then set Malk up for and give him a double slingshot suplex to the mat and Barber goes for the pin while Eternity leaves the ring. 1...2... kick out by Malk and Barber has a few words for the referee on the speed of the count. Barber then stands Malk up, whips him into a neutral corner and then gives him a series of shoulder blocks in the corner. Barber then tries to whip Malk to the opposite corner, but Malk reverses it and then gives Barber a backdrop to the center of the ring before he gives him an elbow smash to the throat. Malk then pulls Gary Barber to his corner and tags in Jack Spade. Spade and Malk then whip Barber off the ropes and give him a double shoulder block to the mat. Spade then goes to the ropes in a neutral corner, climbs to the second rope and then gives him a double axe handle smash to the mat from there before Spade rolls Barber up for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Gary Barber. Ricky Simms - The tide has turned and Barber needs to make a tag. Henry Lesher - No, this is just a speed bump and Spade is going to get run over. Spade stands Barber up, whips him off the ropes and gives him a dropkick to the mat. Spade then gets to his feet only to take a clothesline to the mat from Eternity who then picks Jack Spade up and tosses him right over the top rope and out to the floor. The referee then argues with Eternity as Gary Barber rolls himself out to the floor, and then he starts putting the boots to Jack Spade. Barber then stands Spade up and whips him shoulder first into the steel ring steps and then gives him a series of vicious knife edge chops to the chest. He then rolls Spade into the ring before he does the same himself. Barber then goes for the pin. 1...2... Malk breaks it up with a kick to the head on Barber. Malk then intercepts a chargin Eternity and ducks a clothesline and then gives Eternity a clothesline over the top rope and out to the floor. Malk drops and rolls himself out to the floor while Jack Spade gets to his feet inside the ring. He starts trading punches with Barber. Ricky Simms - All four men are battling here. Henry Lesher - This is at least entertaining. Spade ducks a wild right from Barber, then whips him into the corner buckle and goes for a shoulder block there. Barber side steps the shoulder block and rolls Spade into a small package pin attempt, a foot on the ropes for added leverage. 1...2...3! The Eternal Violence Connection gets the win as referee Steve Blake fails to see the foot on the rope by Barber. Barber rolls himself out to the floor and high fives Eternity while Malk rolls himself into the ring and has words with Jack Spade. Ricky Simms - These guys are not on the same page. Henry Lesher - Looks like they're not writing the same book. I'd imagine Malk's would be a coloring book. Barber and Eternity make
their way up the ramp with smiles on their faces while Malk and
Spade shove each other inside the ring. Before things escalate,
Spade retreats from the ring, but he tells Malk they'll meet again
soon. Myst - I am not going to get this done. Yes? Jordan Gibson enters the office with a couple of women on either side of her. Myst - Oh, what now? Jordan Gibson - I am going to revamp the diva division. Myst - Yeah, I heard, but I need more than words, Jordan. Jordan Gibson - I present to you a repackaged Ariel and Kelly Buchanan. Myst - So your plan is to recycle? Jordan Gibson - Ariel's sister is Sammy Jo Johnson. Myst - The announcer... Jordan Gibson - Kelly here has volunteered to train Ariel and make her a better wrestler. Myst - For Anarchy Inc... Jordan Gibson - No. Kelly Buchanan - Regardless of my association with Vesuvius, you need to showcase the divas. The depth and the drive is there, but the talent is.... well, I mean Chastity is the champ, so.... Myst - What are you offering exactly? It sounds expensive. Kelly Buchanan - Every month, I will target a diva to train and make her better. This month, I work with Ariel and we have a spot every week where we talk about her progress, her strengths and weaknesses and once she's been trained, I move on to the next diva. Myst - Which costs me what? Kelly Buchanan - Nothing. This costs you nothing. Myst - *nods* Well, if you can do two things, you have a deal. Kelly Buchanan - What's that? Myst - One, you give me a contract saying I don't pay you for this. Two, someone oversees your work and whether or not you're the right woman to be leading this reformation of the division. Kelly Buchanan - Who would do that? Myst - Xandra. Kelly Buchanan - Fine, you have a deal. Myst - I look forward to seeing that contract then. Now, I have something to attend to.
Myst gets up and abruptly leaves her office while Jordan, Ariel
and Kelly all smile and nod at this turn of events. "We Kill Everything" by GWAR plays as Nameless comes out to a decent pop from the crowd. Nameless doesn't look towards the fans, only looks into the ring as he slowly makes his way down the ramp. Nameless then pulls himself onto the apron at ringside and then steps over the top rope into the ring. Nameless then leans against the corner buckle as his music fades and we then hear "Where Eagles Dare" by The Misfits and Moose comes out onto the stage with the CWA title belt over his shoulder. The crowd chants his name as he makes his way down the ramp and hands his title belt off to the timekeeper before he makes his way up the ring steps onto the apron. Moose then steps through the ropes into the ring and referee Mark Davis calls for the bell. Ricky Simms - This is a huge match as Nameless faces Moose in a non-title affair. Henry Lesher - Hey, even I like this match. Moose locks up with Nameless. Nameless shoves Moose to the ropes and then gives him an eye gouges followed by a double axe handle smash to the back and then he places Moose's throat over the top rope and chokes him with it. Nameless then picks Moose up and gives him a power slam to the mat. Nameless then stands Moose up and whips him through the ropes and out to the floor. Nameless then drops and rolls himself out to the floor after the CWA champ. Nameless then grabs Moose by the hair and slams his face into the steel ring steps and then whips him into the steel guard railing. Nameless then moves towards Moose. Moose kicks Nameless in the gut once, twice and then a third time before he gives him a series of forearm smashes to the jaw and follows that up with an upper cut. Moose then slams Nameless' face into the steel ring steps and then rolls him into the ring before doing the same himself and then he goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Nameless. Ricky Simms - I thought Moose had him. Henry Lesher - It takes more than that to pin a monster like Nameless. Moose stands Nameless up, whips him into the corner buckle and then gives him a series of kicks to the chest that knock the big man down. Moose then boot chokes Nameless, only releasing the choke to avoid being disqualified. Moose then stands Nameless up, whips him to the opposite corner and then he gives him a backdrop to the mat. Moose then lands a knee lift to the forehead on Nameless, then stands him up, whips him off the ropes and goes for a shoulder block only to fail to knock the big man down. Nameless staggers, but does not go down and then he gives Moose a clothesline to the mat and then he picks Moose up and gives him a power slam to the mat. Nameless then grabs Moose around the throat and stand him up, readying for a choke slam. Moose gives Nameless a kick to the gut and another and a third before thumbing him in the eye which forces the break of the choke. Moose then pulls the feet out from under Nameless and then pulls him to the middle of the ring. Moose then places Nameless in a Boston Crab while the fans cheer. The referee checks for a submission, but Nameless shows no signs of giving up. Ricky Simms - Moose is wisely trying to wear the big man down here. Henry Lesher - Hey, he needs to keep this on the mat. A vertical Nameless is nearly unstoppable. Nameless pulls himself up from the mat and starts to pull himself towards the ropes while Moose struggles to hold him still. Nameless then lunges and manages to grab the bottom rope which forces the break. Moose then stands Nameless up and takes a vicious punch to the head from Nameless who then wraps his hands around the throat of Moose and gives him a two handed choke slam to the mat. Nameless then goes for the pin. 1...2... Moose rolls a shoulder out at the last moment. Nameless then stands Moose up, whips him into the corner and then lands an avalanche on Moose who staggers out of the corner and then takes a bulldog to the mat from Nameless who again goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Moose. Ricky Simms - These two are both at the top of their game this week. Henry Lesher - Of course they are. Why does that surprise you? Nameless stands Moose up, whips him off the ropes and Moose ducks a clothesline and then he gives Nameless a series of kicks to the gut and then gives him a gut wrench suplex to the mat. Moose then hooks the leg for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Nameless. Moose then stands Nameless up, whips him through the ropes and out to the floor and then he lands a suicide dive on Nameless which sends him crashing into the guard railing. Moose then stands Nameless up and rolls him into the ring before rolling himself in. Moose then stands Nameless up, whips him off the ropes and Nameless and Moose clothesline each other to the mat. The referee starts counting them both down. On the four count, Moose rolls over to his hands and knees while Nameless does the same. On the six count, Moose is on his feet and he charges at Nameless only to take a big boot to the chin from Nameless. As Nameless stands Moose up, JC Michaels and Shadow rolls into the ring, each of them brandishing a chair. JC slams Nameless across the back with the chair as Shadow slams Moose over the head with a chair and the referee calls for the bell. Ricky Simms - The EVC just got a great match thrown out. Henry Lesher - Yeah, but they turned up the violence and that is always a good thing. JC and Shadow stand with their arms raised while Nameless and Moose roll themselves out of the ring, Moose bleeding from the head as a result of Shadow's attack. The crowd boos and litters the ring with garbage while JC and Shadow pose and egg them on. Ricky Simms - They're proud of ruining the match. Henry
Lesher - You have to love people who are proud of their work. Wyatt Gibson - You have to knock first. I am very busy. Greyson Blaze - I can see that. Wyatt Gibson - What's the problem? Greyson Blaze - I don't have a match tonight. Wyatt Gibson - Cry me a river. Greyson Blaze - I am the future in this company, you know. Wyatt Gibson - No, you're not. If you're the future, then Hoshi will be headlining Warriors next month. Greyson Blaze - Do you often discredit your talent like that? Wyatt Gibson - Do you often storm into a GMs office like this? I don't have time for this. Greyson Blaze - I look forward to you losing any power you have here, Wyatt. Of course, none of it is really yours. You're just here until Myst tires of you. That may not be very long from now.
Greyson leaves before Wyatt has a chance to respond. Myst - Here we are, the end of another year. 2008 was a solid year for this company. We saw new revelations from people like Hoshi, 6Pac and Bombshell that they are future main eventers and we saw shocking departures by Max Cameron and Eli Ryder. Max had a tremendous feud with Frank Merritt and I chose to step out of my husband's shadow and forge ahead as the new owner of this company. Of course, that made you people hate me. I was consorting with the enemy in Tony Parizi, a man I respect a great deal. Of course, you ignore the fact I met Tony through Shannon and Shannon dealt with him in the CWA's distant past when he and Bruce were leaders of the Mafia stable. Tonight is about renewal, though. Tonight is about making things right. She pauses and flashes a smile towards the crowd, though few seem to be convinced of her sincerity. Myst - I have always hated the name The Glory Boys. I had to make a change if I was going to make this work. For my family, I will make this work. For my family, I will create something great out of something mediocre, the same as I did with the CWA itself. Please welcome my family. "Motherf***er Of the Year" by Motley Crue plays as Shannon Skanes and Bruce Miller are led onto the stage by Tony Parizi and they are followed by Noah and Ashley Skanes. The crowd has a mixed reaction to this turn of events as they slowly make their way down the ramp. Shannon is the one who steps up onto the apron once they are at ringside and steps into the ring, taking the microphone from Myst. Shannon Skanes - This is the best move I could make. You see, you people don't understand my turn towards my wife or why Bruce here would stay with me after threatening Myst mere weeks ago. This is the end of 2008 and it's time to focus myself on new goals. My new goals have to include Myst or they mean nothing to me. They have to include my kids and they have to include Bruce, the best damned partner I have ever had. As Myst hinted the Glory Boys are fallen and forever gone. Allow me to introduce you to the team of myself, Myst, Bruce, Noah and Ashley. Allow me to introduce Dynasty! With Tony Parizi acting as our adviser, we will usher in a new order for the CWA in 2009. Dynasty will succeed where others fail. Ricky Simms - The crowd is less than thrilled with this. Henry Lesher - Shannon realized he cannot beat Myst, so he aligned himself with her. Smart move. Shannon and Myst leave the ring, arm in arm and the newly named stable makes their way up the ramp towards the stage. Ricky Simms - This brings to an end our year end show. Keep your eyes peeled on the CWA's web site, suckinator.com, for the 2008 award winners. I cannot wait to see how 2009 plays out now. The CWA really is the place to be. Henry Lesher - Only because Frank, Tommy and the EVC are here. We fade to black as Dynasty poses on stage and then we briefly see the CWA logo to end the show. |
