Hamilton, ON Cordelia Parizi - You wanted to see me? Myst - *scowls* Yeah, it seems that Shannon is kind of pissed off tonight. I need some extra security at ringside for Overdrive, and I'll pay for it out of my own pocket if I have to. Cordelia Parizi - But he's the owner. Myst - I still own a good portion of this company and my shares are very valuable. As such, I need to protect my investment. Cordelia Parizi - Is there a particular match I need to look out for? Myst - Just get together with Wyatt and get as much security out there as you can. I can't give you any further information as I don't have any to provide you. I came to my office today, turned on my laptop here and found an e-mail sent to my corporate account from Bruce Miller. He said Shannon is in a foul mood and plans to injure someone here tonight. I don't have any further information. Cordelia Parizi - So, Ryan or Max then. Myst - I don't think so. Something has set him off. Keep your eyes open and get needed security out there. Use wrestlers if you have to. I don't care. Get the damned road agents, cameramen, sound guys and the catering crew out there. Cordelia Parizi - I'll do what I can. Cordelia leaves
and Myst shakes her head as she re-reads the e-mail again. "Downfall" by Trust Company plays as Tommy Purr makes his way onto the stage and receives a loud ovation from the crowd. He makes his way to the ring and high fives a few lucky fans at ringside before he makes his way up the ring steps and then steps through the ropes into the ring. He adjusts his suit jacket and tie before he picks up a microphone that has been left on the Tommy Time set for him. Tommy Purr - Tonight, I am glad to welcome to my little show Scavenger's brother Fixxxer! "Naked Cousin" by PJ Harvey plays as Fixxxer and Chastity make their way onto the stage and the crowd gives them a decent pop. They make their way down the ramp to ringside and then Fixxxer rolls himself under the bottom rope into the ring while Chastity remains at ringside. Fixxxer gets to his feet quickly and looks upon Tommy Purr with suspicion. Tommy Purr - Come now, I don't bite. Well, I don't bite on the first interview anyway. Fixxxer - Kind of random for you to call me out here, isn't it? Tommy Purr - I just want to get to know a wrestler we haven't seen a lot of in the CWA. Fixxxer - Right, a man who has teamed with Frank Merritt for ages just wants to say hello. Tommy Purr - Oh, Frank hasn't teamed with me in a long time. I just wanted to meet you and maybe get to know who Fixxxer is. First off, we all know that Scavenger's real name is Jake. No one seems to know yours. Fixxxer - Not important. I am a wrestler. This isn't an e-harmony commercial. I'm not here to cry and meet that someone special. Tommy Purr - *points at Chastity* So what's she then? Fixxxer - An agreement in principal. Tommy Purr - You're quite the romantic. Fixxxer - Like I said, I am a wrestler. Tommy Purr - Now, Frank did manage to best you inside the ring with his dreaded heart punch. Will you seek another match with him? Fixxxer - Merritt is a prick. I won't hesitate to fight him again. I don't care what shot he is getting at what title. He's no better than me. Tommy Purr - Well, that may be true, but he has quite the resume to back him up. Fixxxer - Yeah, years and years of almost reaching the top. He's quite the hero. He's been here forever and never had the title, but he's a monster? It would be like Godzilla running all over Tokyo for years and only managing to squash some shrubs and kick a few dogs. He's no monster. Tommy Purr - I'm sure he would beg to differ... "Solitaire Unraveling" by Mushroomhead starts to play and Frank Merritt makes his way onto the stage where the crowd gives him a mixed reaction. Fixxxer - I knew this was a set up.
Fixxxer grabs the microphone from a shocked Tommy Purr and drills
him in the forehead with it and then rolls himself out to the floor
and escapes into the crowd with Chastity close behind before Frank
can follow them. Frank spits on the floor and actually smiles as
Fixxxer makes his retreat. Inside the ring, Tommy gets to his feet
with a trickle of blood running down his cheek from where the
microphone caught him. Bruce Miller - What the hell is this? Security Guard - We were instructed not to allow you or Shannon Skanes entry to the building. Bruce Miller - Hey, hey, we're all friends here. I want to see the rules followed, too. Security Guard - Like I said, we were told to keep you out. Bruce Miller - By who? Security Guard - Wyatt Gibson and Cordelia Parizi. Bruce Miller - No, that's not right. See, Myst got an e-mail from me and it's not me you have to worry about. Security Guard - It isn't? Bruce Miller - Shannon heard some nasty things said about the CWA in a promo this week. He told me he was going to show up tonight and tool the guy who said what he said. See, he takes attacks on this company seriously. Security Guard - Which is why we are preventing anything from happening tonight. Bruce Miller - Yeah, I commend you guys on your work ethic. The thing is, I am not the one you need to bar from the building. I have information for Myst. Security Guard - Then phone her. Bruce Miller - Ah, the cold world of cell phones. No, I need to talk to her face to face. Security Guard - I'll go talk to her. You wait here. Bruce Miller - I'll stand here, quiet as a church kid.
The apparent head of the security team heads off while Bruce
stares at the ceiling and sighs. "My World" by Emigrate plays as Shengee Shmelky and Rose Lemieux make their way onto the stage. The crowd gives them a solid pop as they make their way down the ramp towards the ring. Rose rolls her eyes as Shengee poses for the camera and shows off his "Team Flava" T-shirt. He then trips as he pulls himself onto the ring apron and slams to the floor. He is temporarily motionless while Rose looks around for help, but receives none. Rose then reluctantly helps him to his feet and then she rolls herself under the bottom rope into the ring. She smiles and waves to the fans while Shengee pulls himself onto the ring apron and opts to stay in their corner. Their music fades and then we hear' Run to the Hills" by Iron Maiden as Max and AJ Cameron make their way onto the stage with the tag team titles over their shoulders. Ricky Simms - Max and AJ are the tag champs. The EVC apparently had no interest in keeping those titles. Henry Lesher - Well, I'm not interested in Max Cameron either. He's terrible at everything. Max reaches ringside and pulls himself onto the apron and then steps through the ropes into the ring. Referee Casey Braun calls for the bell to get the match started. Max moves in and locks up with Rose. Rose breaks that and whips Max off the ropes and then Max gives her a shoulder block to the mat before giving her a knee drop to the forehead and he goes for the quick pin. 1...2... kick out by Rose. Max stands Rose up, whips her off the ropes and gives her a backdrop to the mat. He then goes to his corner and tags in AJ. AJ enters the ring, stands Rose up and takes a thumb to the eye from Rose who then gives AJ a jawbreaker before pulling his feet out from under him and then she applies a figure four leglock on AJ Cameron while Shengee cheers wildly from his corner. Ricky Simms - Shengee hasn't partnered with anyone who can wrestle in a long time. Henry Lesher - He still hasn't. It's the Cameron idiots against this Rose chick. AJ Cameron reaches for the ropes and refuses to submit when asked by the referee. AJ then pulls himself closer to the ropes while Rose struggles to hold AJ in the middle of the ring. AJ manages to grab the bottom rope which forces the break. He then quickly gets to his feet. Rose charges at him and he ducks a right hook before he picks her up and gives her a power bomb to the mat. AJ then goes for the pin. 1...2... Rose rolls a shoulder out. The crowd cheers and AJ stands Rose up, whips her into the corner buckle and then charges into a boot to the face from Rose before she climbs to the second rope and then gives AJ a dropkick to the chest. Rose looks to tag and then decides not to, turning her attention back to AJ. She stands him up, whips him off the ropes and he ducks a clothesline before giving her a reverse neckbreaker to the mat. Ricky Simms - See, Rose had her chance to tag and decided she has a better chance of winning than her partner would. Henry Lesher - This is what happens when stupid people work together. AJ rolls to his corner and tags in Max. Max then stands Rose up, whips her off the ropes and then ducks his head for a backdrop. Rose kicks him in the face and then whips him into her corner where Shengee sticks Max's face in his armpit and then dances with glee while Rose moves in on Max. Shengee slaps Rose on the shoulder to tag himself in, which was not Rose's intention. The referee instructs her to exit the ring as Shengee steps into the ring. He whips Max off the ropes. Max ducks a clothesline and then places Shengee in an arm bar. Shengee taps out immediately and the referee calls for the bell. Ricky Simms - Did he just submit to an armbar? What is it, a people's armbar? Henry Lesher - Wow, I.... just wow... Max and AJ head out with the
belts over their shoulders while Rose checks on Shengee. He tells
her his arm hurts really bad and he thinks it's broken. JC Michaels - Oh, what do you want? Wyatt Gibson - Due to safety concerns, your match us being pushed back. JC Michaels - What safety concerns? Wyatt Gibson - We have reason to believe that Shannon Skanes has targeted you. JC Michaels - That's a challenge, not a safety concern. I don't care about him and wouldn't care about being here tonight other than to get paid. Wyatt Gibson - And you will, just for the main event match. JC Michaels - Okay, this company has no clue what it's doing. A mixed tag team match for the main event? Wyatt Gibson - We have sound reasons for doing this. JC Michaels - I hate this place. Wyatt Gibson - Look, if you go out there and get injured, that pulls you off the roster. We lose money that way. JC Michaels - Well, I am one of the biggest draws this company has outside of guys like Moose, Sal and Max who get preferred treatment. How many daughters have they slept with to get their place in the CWA? Wyatt Gibson - I just came back here to tell you your match is pushed back, not to get into politics. JC Michaels - Wake up and smell the coffee, Gibson. This place is all politics. Wyatt shakes his head as he
walks off and we return to the ring. "Piece of Me" by Britney Spears plays as Bombshell makes her way onto the stage. The crowd gives her a mixed reaction as she stands on stage and then she makes her way down the ramp to ringside. She pauses there and has words with a fan at ringside wearing a Moose T-shirt. She then climbs up the ring steps onto the apron before she steps through the ropes into the ring. She then tests the ropes, looking skyward as her music fades and then we hear "Hollow Man" by The Hollow Men and Gary Barber makes his way onto the stage. The crowd boos him and he shakes his head as he makes his way down the ramp to ringside. He then looks into the ring at Bombshell and lowers his head before he pulls himself onto the ring apron. Bombshell charges at Barber, but he shoulders blocks her through the ropes and then places her throat over the top rope before he drops to the floor. Bombshell's throat slingshots off the top rope and she falls to the mat. Barber then rolls himself into the ring and referee Mark Davis calls for the bell to make the match official. Barber rains down punches to the side of the head on Bombshell. Ricky Simms - Gary Barber is out here and we can see that security is starting to get beefed up here. Henry Lesher - JC is right, you know. No one can hurt him in this company. All of the real stars are on his side. Barber stands Bombshell up, whips her off the ropes and then gives her a dropkick to the mat. Barber then goes to the top rope and then leaps off, missing with a knee drop from there as Bombshell rolls out of the way. Bombshell then pulls herself to her feet and then kicks Gary Barber in the ribs. She eye gouges him and then places his neck over the middle rope before choking him with it while the referee warns against these tactics. Bombshell breaks the choke before the five count and then she stands Barber up, whips him off the ropes and then gives him a spinning heel kick which sends him falling backward through the ropes and out to the floor. Bombshell then follows him out. Ricky Simms - I don't know that Bombshell, even as dark as she has been lately, wants to fight Barber out here. Henry Lesher - Agreed, she's about to get destroyed. Bombshell stands Gary up on the floor, then whips him shoulder first into the steel ring steps. Bombshell then stands Gary up only to take a spit to the face from Barber who then gives her a kick to the back and then picks her up before giving her a backbreaker, then drops her to the floor. Barber then stands Bombshell up and rolls her into the ring before doing the same himself. Barber goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Bombshell and Barber gives the referee a dirty look. He then stands Bombshell up. He whips Bombshell into the corner buckle and then gives her a running knee lift to the gut before he gives her a hip toss to the middle of the ring. Ricky Simms - Gary Barber tossing Bombshell around like a rag doll here. Henry Lesher - What man in this company hasn't? Gary Barber picks Bombshell up and runs her head first into the corner buckle and then gives her a shoulder breaker before he again goes for the pin. 1...2... Bombshell gets a foot on the bottom rope. Barber then stands Bombshell up before whipping her through the ropes and out to the floor. He drops and rolls himself out after her and then he gives her double axe handle smashes to the back. Barber then rams her head into the ring apron before he rolls her back in and then he does the same himself. Gary Barber then pulls Bombshell to the middle of the ring. He signals that he is ready to end the match and the fans boo. Ricky Simms - You can count on the fans hating this guy. Henry Lesher - The fans are idiots. It's a compliment if they hate you. Barber stands Bombshell up and she catches him with an upper cut and then she comes off the ropes and gives him a forearm smash to the jaw and then another before kicking him in the gut. She places him in a headlock and goes for a DDT. Barber pulls himself free of her hold and then gives her a gutbuster before he lays across her back and places her in Ockham's Razor. Bombshell reaches for the ropes while Barber cinches the hold in place. She refuses to submit at first when asked by the referee, but she then taps out when she realizes she cannot hope to reach the ropes here. Ricky Simms - Impressive win for Gary Barber who will undoubtedly be in the mix for the world title next month. I will admit he is just that good. Henry Lesher - He just beat Bombshell, a participant in that match. He has to get his shot now. Barber
rolls himself out to the floor and tells the camera that is the
future of the CWA inside the ring, all vanquished for Gary Barber.
He raises his arms in victory while the fans boo and he heads back
up the ramp towards the stage. Myst - We don't need you here, Bruce. Bruce Miller - You're wrong there. See, I think you need me because I know Shannon's mind. Myst - So do I. Bruce Miller - Not like me. I have been his partner for ages, Myst. I know him as well as I know myself. Myst - And you plan to stop him tonight? Bruce Miller - Hey, I have shares in this company, too, and I don't agree with you not being a member of Dynasty. The power is making him insane again. Myst - What's you plan exactly? Bruce Miller - I'll keep an eye on things here. I can co-ordinate this crack security team here. I'll make sure your stars are kept safe. Myst - We have the security covered. Bruce Miller - No you don't. If I had been Shannon, do you think these guys would be standing and Shannon would have waited for you to get here? No, these guys would have been out cold and he would be blending into the crowd right now. You know I'm right. Myst - I'll keep my eyes on you through Wyatt and Cordelia then. Bruce Miller - Hey, do whatever you have to do. I just want to help. Myst - You're on a short leash.
Bruce Miller - I understand. We'll make sure he doesn't do
anything stupid tonight. "Solitaire Unraveling" by Mushroomhead plays as Frank Merritt comes out onto the stage for the second time tonight. The crowd boos him and he smirks as he makes his way down the ramp to ringside and then he pulls himself onto the apron before stepping over the top rope into the ring. Frank then has a few words with referee Steve Blake while his music fades and then we hear "Where Eagles Dare" by The Misfits and The Moose comes out onto the stage. He gets a loud ovation from the crowd as he makes his way down the ramp towards the ring. He then stops at ringside and hands off his title belt to the timekeeper before he makes his way up the ring steps onto the apron. He then starts having words with Frank before he's even entered the ring. Moose steps through the ropes into the ring and Frank charges at him. The two are exchanging punches to the side of the head as the referee calls for the bell. Ricky Simms - Bragging rights on the line in this non-title affair. Henry Lesher - This is why Moose sucks. EVC should have title shots every week until one of them gets the title. It's only fair, you know. Ricky Simms - How is that fair? Henry Lesher - What fair to the EVC is fair. You don't get it since you're beneath them. Frank backs Moose into the corner buckle and then gives him a series of back elbows to the jaw before giving him a knee to the gut and then a double under hook suplex to the middle of the ring. Frank then stands on Moose's chest for a few moments while the referee shouts a warning to him. Frank steps off of Moose and then pulls him to his feet and then ships him shoulder first into the corner buckle. Frank then gives Moose a pump handle slam to the mat and hooks the leg for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Moose. Frank slaps the mat and informs the referee that was a three count, but Steve Blake holds up two fingers. Frank then gives the referee the finger. Ricky Simms - Frank is class to the end. Henry Lesher - Not his fault that the referee can't count. Frank stands Moose up and then rakes his eyes along the top rope. Frank then gives Moose an atomic drop and then gives him a clothesline to the mat. He signals to the crowd that he's ready to deliver a heart punch and end this one fast. Moose slowly gets to his feet, turns and sees Frank coming. He side steps the heart punch, grabs the arm of Frank and trips him face first to the mat. He maintains his hold on the arm and applies an STF. The referee checks for a submission while Frank refuses to give up to the hold. Ricky Simms - Great turnaround by the champ there. Henry Lesher - Hey, Moose can fight. It doesn't mean he's better than Frank, though. The world will see just how good Frank is in a few weeks when he becomes the champ. Frank reaches for the ropes, slowly pulling himself away from the middle of the ring. He manages to grab the bottom rope which forces the break and then Moose frees Frank only to drive knees into his spine. Moose then stands Frank up, whips him off the ropes and then gives him a backdrop to the mat followed by a leg drop to the chest and then he stands Frank up, whips him into the corner buckle and then he gives him a splash in the corner. Frank staggers out of the corner before doing a faceplant to the mat. Moose rolls him over for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Frank. Moose then stands Frank up and whips him into the corner buckle before climbing to the second rope where he then rains down punches to the head on Frank. Ricky Simms - Moose is in full control here. Henry Lesher - Well, Frank is lulling him into a false sense of security. Moose reaches down, grabs the legs of Moose and flings him over the top rope and out to the floor. Moose crashes into the guard railing while Frank then steps out onto the apron. Moose stands and takes a double axe handle smash to the chest from Frank. Frank then picks up the nearby ring steps and slams them over the head of Moose which causes the referee to call for the bell. Frank pays no mind to that as he sets the steps down on the floor and readies himself to DDT Moose into the steps. Security then rushes in to break that up, pulling Frank away from Moose at the last possible moment. Ricky Simms - My God, Frank was trying to end Moose's career there. He snapped. Henry Lesher - No, that's how Frank works. He didn't come out here to win tonight. He came out to send a message that he belongs in this world title hunt. I think Moose got the message. The crowd boos Frank as he
makes his way up the ramp with a sadistic smile on his face, telling
the camera that next time he will end Moose. Myst - We are very excited about our product at this time. There has been speculation about the health of this company regarding the number of wrestlers we have on our roster. We can assure the fans and our stockholders that this company is healthy as ever. Through my leadership, we have cut costs and managed things as well as can be expected with the current recession in play. She then takes a deep breath and changes the subject somewhat. Myst - Terror in the Aisles was once the crown jewel in this company. Twenty years ago, there was only Battle of the Warriors, Terror in the Aisles and Wars of the World. They were the events that everyone waited for. Aisles was always known as the wild event where anything could happen. It was considered the event where underdogs became champions and our vision for this year is the same one. Moose defends against Frank Merritt and Bombshell and another contender is named tonight. Neither Frank nor Bombshell have ever been champ. We believe we are giving everyone a chance to show they belong in the main event. We believe this makes our company that much healthier. That said, we wish for the speedy return of talents like Jack Spade, Halloween Jack, Gerard Angelo and 6Pac Dudley. Until then, we are grateful for the efforts we see week in and week out inside the ring. The CWA is the greatest wrestling organization of its kind anywhere. She nods her head
towards the camera and we return to the ring. "Me Against the World" by Simple Plan plays as Aerial champ Eli Ryder makes his way onto the stage. The crowd gives him a warm reception as he makes his way down the ramp towards the ring. He high fives a few fans at ringside before he hands his title belt to the timekeeper and then he looks around the ring at all of the yellow security team shirts and he shakes his head. He pulls himself onto the apron and then steps through the ropes into the ring. He then leans back against the ropes as his music fades and then we hear "Voices" by Rev Theory and Malk makes his way onto the stage where he gets a loud ovation from the crowd. He makes his way down the ramp and he then stands at the base of it while staring into the ring at Eli. He then runs, slides under the bottom rope into the ring and tackles Eli to the mat while referee Mark Davis tries to remind them a third man is still on his way to this match. Malk's music cuts out and then we hear' My Girlfriend's Girlfriend" by Type O Negative and Scavenger walks out onto the stage where the crowd gives him a loud ovation. He has the chair in his right hand and he makes his way down the ramp to the ring without any visible limp for the first time in many months. Ricky Simms - Scavenger looks good here and the winner of this match enters the main event for the title at Terror in the Aisles. Henry Lesher - Hey, Scavenger is better than Malk. Of course, I'm better than Malk too. Scavenger places the chair at ringside and has a few words for it before he pulls himself onto the apron and then steps through the ropes into the ring. The referee calls for the bell and Scavenger then clotheslines both Malk and Eli to the mat. Scavenger then stands Malk up and whips him through the ropes to the floor before he turns his attention to Eli. Eli then catches Scavenger with an upper cut followed by a series of knife edge chops to the chest which back Scavenger into the corner. Eli then whips Scavenger to the opposite corner before giving him an arm drag to the middle of the ring where he applies an abdominal stretch on Scav. Malk jumps onto the apron, then climbs to the top rope, leaps off and gives Eli a DDT to the mat before he goes for the surprise pin. 1...2... Scavenger kicks Malk in the head to break up the count. Ricky Simms - Triple threat matches are so dangerous to everyone. Henry Lesher - Are you kidding me? These guys all suck rocks. Whoever wins this match gets to be the jobber of the night in three weeks. Scavenger stands Malk up, whips him off the ropes and then gives him a clothesline to the mat. Scavenger then lands an elbow smash to the throat on Malk before hooking the leg for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Malk. Scavenger then stands Malk up, whips him into the corner buckle and charges straight into a trip face first to the mat from Eli who then jumps to his feet and ducks a clothesline from a charging Malk. Eli then lands rights and lefts to the jaw on Malk before giving him a kick to the gut and then a scissor kick to the back of the neck. Eli then rolls Malk over for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Malk. Eli then stands Malk up, whips him off the ropes and then gives him a dropkick to the mat as we see Scavenger getting to his feet. Scavenger then takes a roundhouse kick to the back of the head from Eli which sends him right back down to the mat. Eli then goes to the top rope and leaps off, landing a missile dropkick to the chest on Malk before going for the pin. 1...2... Malk kicks out. Ricky Simms - A lot of close calls in this one. Henry Lesher - Yeah, the fans are almost interested enough to not go get popcorn. Heck, they might just be leaving early. They've seen Frank, so what else is there? Eli stands Malk up, whips him off the ropes and then both men clothesline each other to the mat. Scavenger is then on his feet and he drops a legdrop to the chest on Eli before going for the pin. 1...2... Eli kicks out. Scavenger then stands Eli up, whips him off the ropes and then gives him a shoulder block which wobbles Eli, but he doesn't go down. Eli then eye gouges Scavenger before giving him a clothesline to the mat. Eli then lands a knee drop to the forehead on Scavenger before pulling him to the middle of the ring where he signals he is going for a figure four. Malk then pulls the feet out from under Eli and quickly slaps on a sharpshooter. Eli reaches for the ropes while refusing to submit. Malk tries to hold on, but Scavenger starts to get up and he eye gouges Malk which weakens the hold and Scavenger then kicks Malk in the chest which drives him backward and into a roll up by Eli. 1...2... Scavenger dropkicks Malk right out of the roll up and out to the floor. Ricky Simms - Quick thinking from Scavenger there prevented the loss. Henry Lesher - Did you just use Scavenger and think in the same sentence? Scavenger then stands Eli up and whips him through the ropes to the floor. Scavenger drops and rolls himself out after his opponents and then grabs them both by the hair. Eli and Malk then both give Scavenger a headbutt, dropping him to the floor. Malk then goes for a clothesline on Eli, but instead he drops a female security team member behind him. Malk looks shocked, but he shrugs and then stands Eli up and rolls him into the ring before doing the same himself. Ricky Simms - That's Ariel Johnson. Why is she on security detail? Henry Lesher - Myst wanted even the catering on security. I guess when she ran out of caterers, Tickle Me Elmo dolls and coat racks, she had to use Ariel for support. Scavenger gets to his feet on the floor and notices a downed Ariel Johnson. He looks at her and she says she is all right. He then rolls himself back into the ring where Malk now has Eli in a standing side headlock. Scavenger clotheslines Malk to the mat and then he grabd Eli and sets for a vertical suplex. Eli blocks it and instead gives Scavenger a vertical suplex to the mat. Eli then goes to the ropes and makes his way to the top. He leaps off and delivers the Disasterpiece on Scavenger before going for the pin. 1...2... Malk dropkicks Eli off of Scavenger and to the floor. Eli jumps to his feet and sees Ariel struggling to get up. He attends to her while Malk goes for the pin. 1...2...3! Malk takes advantage of Eli's distraction and gets the victory this week. Ricky Simms - Malk is in the main event! Henry Lesher - Well, there goes the buy rate on that one.
Malk exits the ring and makes his way up the ramp with his arms
raised while Eli helps Ariel from ringside and asks her if she needs
medical assistance, apparently not worried about the match he was
just in for the moment. Shadow - Dude, we need to talk. JC gets to his feet, a smirk on his face. JC Michaels - About what? Gary Barber - Look, you might want some back up out there tonight. JC Michaels - Against the McMahon wanna bes? No, I'll be fine. This company unable to stop me. They fear real talent, suppress it. Shadow - No doubt, the EVC has been swept under the carpet. I get that you're pissed, but there are a lot of people out there in yellow shirts. I don't like it and neither does Gary. Gary Barber - You don't look weak with us out there to back you up. We can even call on the Rider if we need to. JC Michaels - There is no need for any of that. I fight on my own terms. Whatever happens out there, so be it. Shadow - You don't have to play hero. You walk right into whatever they have planned. JC Michaels - If I don't walk into it, I look weak. If you guys follow me out, we all look weak. I am sick and tired of the EVC looking weak. I would have been champ weeks ago if they didn't screw me over. We all could have been champ, but they had to protect Moose. Gary Barber - Yeah, we can harp on that or we can do something about it. JC Michaels - I don't see anyone doing anything about it. I guess I have to take this into my own hands. If they don't like it, I don't care. Honestly, if you guys don't like it, I don't care either. I'm sick of this shit. JC storms off and Gary and Shadow look at one another. Shadow - Do we go out there? Gary Barber - I know I don't like this. Shadow nods and exits the locker room with Gary. We then look to another room where Tommy Purr is watching the monitor as Neriah Sweet walks in. Neriah Sweet - Like what you're seeing from Malk tonight? Tommy Purr - I have been very impressed with Malk in recent weeks. Neriah Sweet - He'll get a shot at being champ in three weeks' time. Tommy Purr - Yeah, but I have an idea as well. He deserves a shot at this title here. Malk has been in the running since it was created months back and he gets his shot at me and this title next week. Neriah Sweet - You could give him a shot at your diva title. Tommy Purr - You could go jump in a lake. Neriah Sweet - That's kind of rude. Tommy Purr - Well, the diva title belongs to me. Malk gets a TV title shot next week. Don't make him covet the diva gold which I rightfully carry. Neriah Sweet - I'm gonna... leave now. Tommy Purr - You do that.
Neriah backs out of the picture and we return to the ring. "Halls of Fear" by Nino Rota plays as Sal Clemenzo makes his way onto the stage with Cassandra O'Shea at his side. He starts to make his way down the ramp while he gives her a few last minute pointers. He then pats her on the back and tells her that she'll do fine before he pulls himself onto the ring apron. He then steps through the ropes into the ring. Their music fades and then we hear "Suicide Messiah" by Black Label Society and JC Michaels makes his way onto the stage. The crowd boos him and the boos grow louder as Rebella joins him on stage. He then makes his way down the ramp, pointing out to the camera that he is wearing a BLPW shirt and then he gives the fans the finger as he reaches ringside. Ricky Simms - JC is all about making friends. Henry Lesher - He's a brave man. He doesn't need back up. He can fight alone. Ricky Simms - Seriously? Have you lost your long term memory? JC then makes his way up the ring steps onto the apron and starts arguing with Sal there. Sal motions JC into the ring. JC continues to jaw at sal from the apron and then he starts arguing with referee Francis Clarke. JC then looks over at Cassandra and warns her about touching Rebella and telling her how it's going to go down tonight. Sal's had enough talk and punches JC in the jaw before pulling him through the ropes into the ring by the hair. Sal then gives JC a series of headbutts while still having a firm grip on the hair, the referee calling for the bell to start the match. More security starts to flood the ringside area as the battle officially begins. Ricky Simms - There is more yellow here than at a Lakers' game. Henry Lesher - Well, true, Max is in the building. Sal whips JC off the ropes and gives him a clothesline to the mat and then starts putting the boots to him while the crowd cheers. Sal then stands JC up, whips him off the ropes and misses with a clothesline as JC ducks it and then gives Sal a German suplex to the mat, stands him up and gives him a snap suplex to the mat from there before going for the quick pin. 1...2... kick out by Sal Clemenzo. JC then stands Sal up, whips him off the ropes and gives him a clothesline to the mat. JC then picks Sal up, slams him to the mat and then boot chokes him, using the top rope for added leverage as the referee threatens to disqualify JC. JC then steps off and stands Sal up. Sal gives JC a knee to the ribs and then a series of forearm upper cuts which sends JC to the middle of the ring. Sal pulls the feet out from under JC and then applies a figure four leglock on the former TV champ. Ricky Simms - Good back and forth action between these two evenly matches wrestlers. Henry Lesher - So why the hell have women in this match? It doesn't make sense. Let the men fight it out. JC is right about there being too many women in this company. I want to see men and so does he. Ricky Simms - No comment. JC refuses to submit to Sal's hold when asked by the referee. He then tries to turn the hold over while Sal tries to keep it as is and maintain the pressure on JC Michaels. JC thrashes himself back and forth in an effort to turn the hold over. JC then pulls himself towards the ropes, all the while refusing to submit when asked by the referee. JC then reaches his hands out and manages to grab the bottom rope which forces the break. Sal jumps to his feet and then stands JC up. JC gives Sal a knee to the gut and then gives him a power bomb to the mat before going for the pin. 1...2... Sal gets a foot on the bottom rope. Ricky Simms - JC almost had it there. Henry Lesher - He will beat Sal. JC stands Sal up, whips him off the ropes and then both men clothesline one another to the mat. The referee starts counting both men down. Sal then rolls towards his corner as JC rolls towards his. Sal lunges and makes the tag as JC does the same, bringing Rebella and Cassandra into the match. Rebella charges right into a spinebuster from Cassandra who brings Rebella to the mat and then starts raining punches down on her. Rebella covers her head and pulls herself out to the floor. Cassandra follows Rebella who is quickly on a dead run up the ramp. Rebella turns to Cassandra and signals for a timeout and takes a kick to the chest in response. Rebella falls to the ramp and then rolls off of it to the floor. Cassandra jumps down after Rebella as Rebella tries to get away from her. Ricky Simms - Cassandra is ready for a fight and Rebella wants none of it! Henry Lesher - Maybe she smells really bad. The referee counts to ten and calls for the bell, declaring this match a double count out. JC drops off the apron and grabs the ring steps and then slides them into the ring before rolling himself back in. Sal enters the ring and stands nose to nose with JC. Jc then low blows Sal and goes for a DDT on Sal. We then hear "The Memory Remains" by Metallica and Bruce Miller runs out onto the stage with a microphone in hand. Bruce Miller - JC! Watch out man! Watch out! Bruce runs down the ramp and slips into the ring under the bottom rope. He then jumps to his feet and motions JC away from Sal Clemenzo. Bruce Miller - See, Shannon heard you this week. He heard what you said about the CWA and its favored sons like Sal here. You even mentioned that sack of crap, Max. Did you know he tried to retire twice tonight? JC Michaels - You're not funny. Bruce Miller - Hey there, big guy. Don't get pissy with me. I am here to protect you and your EVC ass, dude. JC Michaels - I don't need protection. Bruce Miller - Yeah, actually you do. One of the security team members turns around and we see it's Scavenger. Another turns around and we see it's Max Cameron. They both climb onto the ring apron. Bruce Miller - See, you have been a whiny little bitch for over a month now. That has its consequences. Gary Barber, Shadow and Eternity all slide into the ring under the bottom rope and the brawl is on. The crowd cheers as Max and Scavenger enter the ring and Bruce drills Eternity between the eyes with the microphone. JC Michaels turns back to Sal and takes a spear to the mat from Sal. Shadow pulls brass knuckles from the pocket of his jeans and then drills Max in the jaw, followed by an attempt to do the same to Scavenger who ducks it and then Scavenger whips Shadow over the top rope and out to the floor. Gary Barber spears Scavenger through the ropes to the floor before he dives through the ropes onto Barber. Bruce Miller and Sal stand JC up, whips him off the ropes and he ducks a double clothesline and then gives Bruce a low blow before giving Sal a stunner. JC then sets Sal for a DDT onto the ring steps which are still inside the ring. Shannon Skanes climbs the ropes behind JC Michaels leaps off the top rope and headlocks JC before giving him a flying bulldog to the mat. Gary Barber pulls himself back into the ring and then pulls JC and Eternity out. The four EVC members collect themselves at ringside and JC gives the CWA team inside the ring the finger. Ricky Simms - All hell broke loose here tonight. What now? Henry Lesher - The EVC will take them all out. Inside the ring, Max, Scavenger, Sal and Shannon stand with Bruce behind them. They stand together while Bruce picks up the microphone again. Bruce Miller - How bad is it when this crew is forced to align together? Remember, guys, when you slam this company, we can all hear you. Bruce tosses the microphone out of the ring and the EVC is seen on stage together shouting threats to the men inside the ring. Ricky Simms - This is all out war! Henry Lesher - Every CWA member inside the ring will regret this. The EVC will tear them apart. Ricky Simms - Tune in next week, fans and see how this plays out! We fade to black on a shot of the CWA team inside the ring. |
