May 31st, 2009

Myst stands in front of the Target Center. She looks down for a moment and seems to be deep in thought as she gets ready to throw to the latest pay per view for the CWA.

Myst - Tonight's event includes some diva action. I have been watching these ladies try to become what I have been, a legend. I would like to apologize to my fans for what you are about to witness. These girls are not as good as me and never will be. I admire their ability to dream even if they are overreaching tonight. Thankfully, real stars are also on display tonight and they should prevent any long-lasting emotional scars from watching the divas slap fight themselves silly. Believe me when I say that Bloodshed will be worth it.

We then slowly fade to a full Target Center and Ricky Simms is at ringside with Henry Lesher, ready to call tonight's action.

"If You Seek Amy" by Britney Spears plays and the fans cheer as Rose Lemieux makes her way onto the stage and she waves to her fans. She then makes her way down the ramp to the ring, giving fans both hugs and high fives at ringside. She then winks at the camera before she pulls herself onto the ring apron and then she steps through the ropes into the ring. She takes a few deep breaths as her music fades and then we hear "Helter Skelter" by Motley Crue and the crowd has a mixed reaction to the appearance on stage of Corina. She then marches her way down the ramp, not taking her eyes off of Rose. She steps up onto the apron and then starts trash talking from there. Rose pulls her into the ring over the top rope, by the hair, and the referee calls for the bell. Rose slaps Corina across the face and then picks her up and slams her to the mat before boot choking her while the fans cheer her on.

Ricky Simms - Anarchy Diva match here, no rules as Corina takes on Rose Lemieux to start tonight's action.

Henry Lesher - The fans will be running for the exits early tonight, I see.

Rose whips Corina into the corner buckle and then gives her a running knee lift to the gut before giving her a snap mare to the mat where she applies a nerve hold on Corina. Before the referee has had a chance to even ask Corina about a submission, Corina thumbs Rose in the eye and then whips her through the ropes and out to the floor before she quickly follows. Corina then lifts a gym mat off the floor, exposing the concrete and then she kicks Rose in the face before standing her up. She then gives Rose a belly to belly suplex onto the exposed concrete while many of the fans start a chant for Rose. Corina then places her foot on the throat of Rose and starts to lead the chant for her opponent, drawing boos from the crowd.

Ricky Simms - I don't know what made Corina this bitter.

Henry Lesher - Maybe she finally realized no one gives a damn about her. That's my guess.

Corina stands Rose up and slams her head into the ring apron and then picks her up with one arm and then gives her a kneebreaker before she then clotheslines Rose, again sending her to the exposed concrete before she goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Rose. Corina then has words with the referee about the speed of the count. Sugar shakes her head and holds up two fingers while Corina stands Rose up and then slams her forehead into the steel guard railing. Corina then lifts the ring apron and pulls out a trash can from under the ring. Corina waits for Rose to face her and then drills her across the forehead with the trash can before she gives her another clothesline to the exposed concrete. Corina again goes for the pin. 1...2... Rose rolls a shoulder out as we see blood trickling down her cheek.

Ricky Simms - Maybe Rose should just give up on this and fight another day.

Henry Lesher - She isn't smart enough to do that. She's a poor man's Kosmic Kitty and you expect a smart decision on her behalf?

Corina grabs Rose by the hair and pulls her up to her feet and then slaps her across the face. Rose nods and tells Corina to slap her again. Corina slaps her again. Rose then knees Corina in the gut before giving her a swinging neckbreaker to the floor. Rose then climbs onto the ring apron, jumps to the top rope and lands a springboard moonsault onto Corina before she hooks the leg for the pin. 1...2...3! Rose wins the match and then stands over Corina, her blonde hair blood-soaked red at the front while she winces in pain.

Ricky Simms - If there was any doubt that Rose was a warrior, she just proved herself.

Henry Lesher - Against a failed Glamour Girl. Come on, Rick, it's not like she was fighting anyone important out here and she was losing for a majority of the match, too.

Rose makes her way to the ramp and starts to make her way towards the backstage area when the cameraman clubs her in the back of the head with the camera. We then see that it's Looney Tune holding this particular camera. He stands over Rose with an evil grin on his face while the fans boo. He then raises the camera as if he means to finish the job when we see Tough Eagle rushing down the ramp to make the save. He spears a stunned Looney Tune to the floor and then starts wailing on him while security rushes out to try and restore order.

Ricky Simms - Looney Tune with a cowardly attack on Rose!

Henry Lesher - Yeah, might be Kaleigh next time, Rick.

Ricky Simms - That would make him a dead man.

Paulie La Cerva is seen in his office, looking over paperwork when there is a knock at the door.

Paulie La Cerva - Yes?

Felicity enters the office.

Felicity - You wanted to see me?

Paulie la Cerva - Yes I did. You see, we have high hopes for you as this company looks to expand. The thing is, we want to know why you never told us.

Felicity - Who my sister was?

Paulie la Cerva - Yes, that small detail seems to be important.

Felicity - Missy slept with powerful people in this company. I just needed a job, not the kind of baggage that being her sister would offer me.

Paulie La Cerva - How are Missy and Kathy doing?

Felicity - As well as they can considering Kathy's fetish for everything Shannon does.

Paulie La Cerva - *nods* He's a powerful man, for sure. There is reason for her intrigue, especially considering that they were once married.

Felicity - This is why I hung around with Zack McCracken and the Shmelky Brothers. This is why I didn't reveal who my sister was. I just want to be my own person. I don't want to be in the middle of anything and I want to do some interviews and leave it at that.

Paulie La Cerva - You poor creature. Hey, I feel for you, but you're under contract to us and we are in the midst of cutbacks. We can always view you as an asset we can lose.

Felicity - I need work right now. You know that. You know why.

Paulie La Cerva - Which is why you need to play ball here, gorgeous. It would be a shame if you and Missy lost your jobs and everything that would happen after that.

Felicity - You monster...

Paulie La Cerva - *shakes his head* Your words wound me, Felicity. I am no monster. I am helping you keep your job. You just have to do that job or I will become a monster. Believe me when I tell you that we do not want that.

Felicity - I understand.

She turns and leaves the office without another word said.

Paulie La Cerva - I certainly hope you do.

"Angry Again" by Megadeth plays as Deep Freeze makes his way onto the stage, the crowd greeting him with loud boos and chants of "You suck" which he ignores as he makes his way to ringside. He stops there and then looks down to the floor and smiles. He leans down and smells the floor and then tells the camera he can still smell Rose's blood. Freeze then pulls himself onto the apron before he steps over the top rope into the ring. His music then fades and we hear "Romeo Delight" by Van Halen and the wrestler named Romeo Delight makes his way onto the stage where the crowd greets him with a standing ovation. He then runs down the ramp to the ring, slides in under the bottom rope and starts brawling with Deep Freeze as the referee calls for the bell.

Ricky Simms - Deep Freeze is a sick man, smelling where Rose Lemieux's blood was on the floor there.

Henry Lesher - Sick men can go far in wrestling. I have little hope for Freeze, but just saying...

Freeze and Romeo exchange knife edge chops to the chest. Romeo then knees Freeze in the gut before giving him an arm drag to the mat. Romeo then applies an arm bar on Deep Freeze. Freeze gets to his feet quickly and then lands a series of punches to the head on Romeo before he whips him into the corner buckle and then gives him a series of kicks to the gut. Freeze then whips Romeo the opposite corner buckle and then gives him a series of shoulder blocks before placing Romeo on the top rope. Freeze then climbs to the top and goes for a superplex. Romeo punches Freeze in the gut and then headbutts him. Romeo then shoves Freeze off the top rope and down to the mat. Romeo then lands a flying elbow smash to the throat from there and then goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Deep Freeze.

Ricky Simms - Romeo Delight isn't showing any ring rust so far tonight.

Henry Lesher - He isn't fighting anyone, Rick.

Romeo stands Freeze up, whips him off the ropes and then gives him a backdrop to the mat. Romeo then lands a knee drop to the forehead on Freeze and then stands Freeze up and whips him through the ropes and out to the floor. The referee starts counting Freeze out. Freeze gets to his feet and waves his hands as if to signal that he's done and he starts to make his way up the ramp, drawing boos from the crowd. Romeo drops and rolls himself out of the ring and then chases down Deep Freeze. He gives Freeze a series of forearm smashes to the jaw and then pulls him back to ringside before rolling him into the ring and then he does the same himself. Romeo then stands Freeze up, whips him off the ropes and gives him an upper cut which sends him back down to the mat. Romeo then goes to the ropes and makes his way to the top. He goes for a flying knee drop, but Freeze rolls out of the way and Romeo instead crashes to the mat.

Ricky Simms - Romeo telegraphed that one.

Henry Lesher - He's been wrestling since the 80s. Odds are, that's his third hip and second artificial knee. It's hard to move fast when you're half metal. I don't care what James Cameron movies say.

Freeze gets to his feet and then comes face to face with Romeo, Freeze lands a right hook to the jaw on Romeo and then gives him an inverted atomic drop before giving him a clothesline to the mat. Freeze then goes to the ropes in the corner and climbs to the second rope. He leaps off, intending to hit a double axe handle smash on Romeo. Romeo instead catches Freeze out of the air and uses his momentum to deliver an overhead suplex to the mat before rolling into the pin attempt. 1...2...3! Romeo Delight wins his first match in the CWA!

Ricky Simms - Impressive move there as Romeo thinks fast.

Henry Lesher - We'll see how he fares against a real wrestler before long here. Well, in theory anyways. The CWA is such a wasteland.

Sal Clemenzo is seen entering the arena, dressed in street clothes when he is headed off by Lydia Parizi.

Lydia Parizi - You're late.

Sal Clemenzo - I'm early. My match is the main event.

Lydia Parizi - Paulie expects you here before the event starts.

Sal Clemenzo - Paulie is a douchebag. Go tell him I said that, too.

Lydia Parizi - You would think you could learn some respect for the people who employ you.

Sal Clemenzo - You would think that you would learn not to approach me alone after I strung you and your sister up from the rafters a few weeks ago. I guess we are both a little slow.

Lydia Parizi - I am going to enjoy watching you lose tonight.

Sal Clemenzo - I am going to enjoy shoving my title belt in Paulie's face next week on Overdrive. I have bad news for you. I am still going to be the champ next week.

Lydia Parizi - I guess we will see about that.

He storms off and we return to the ring.

Aran Dishon

"For the Love of the Game" by Pillar plays as Aran Dishon makes his way onto the stage. The crowd actually gives him a warm response as they are apparently warm to his arrival. It remains to be seen whether that will last, though. He makes his way down the ringside and then jumps onto the apron before he steps through the ropes into the ring. He then tests the ropes while his music fades and then we hear "My Girlfriend's Girlfriend" by Type O Negative and Scavenger makes his way out onto the stage where he gets a loud ovation from the crowd. He smiles and waves to his fans while he carries the chair under his left arm. Tough Eagle also follows him down the ramp to ringside. Scavenger and Eagle talk at ringside for a few moments before Scavenger pulls himself onto the apron and then steps through the ropes into the ring which allows the referee to call for the bell and start the match.

Ricky Simms - Big debut here by Aran Dishon against a ring legend in Scavenger.

Henry Lesher - Legend? Well, since some people even see you as a legend...

Aran locks up with Scavenger and then push and shove each other to the ropes. The referee asks for a clean break and Dishon steps back and then gives Scavenger a series of forearm smashes to the jaw. He then whips Scavenger off the ropes before giving him a dropkick that sends him down to the mat. Aran then goes to the ropes and makes his way to the top. Scavenger gets to his feet and takes a missile dropkick to the chest from Dishon which sends him back down to the mat while Eagle is seen pacing on the floor. Dishon goes for the quick pin. 1...2... kick out by Scavenger. Aran then stands Scavenger up, whips him off the ropes and then gives him a backdrop to the mat. Aran then delivers a leg drop to the chest on Scavenger and again goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Scavenger.

Ricky Simms - Close call there as Aran goes for the quick win.

Henry Lesher - Scavenger is an easy target, the CWA's own version of the Brooklyn Brawler. Of course, Brawler's win-loss record was vastly superior.

Aran stands Scavenger up and takes a knee to the gut from Scavenger. Scavenger then whips Aran off the ropes and then gives him a shoulder block to the mat. Scavenger then picks Aran up and power slams him back to the mat where he goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Aran. Scavenger then stands Aran up, whips him off the ropes and then gives him a knee to the gut before giving him a vertical suplex to the mat. Scavenger then stands over Aran and looks to the cheering crowd while Eagle shouts at him not to get distracted. Scavenger then stands Aran up, whips him into the corner and charges in for a shoulder block only to find no one home as Aran side steps it. He then rolls Scavenger into a school boy for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Scavenger.

Ricky Simms - Scavenger really does have talent, but Eagle is right about him getting distracted.

Henry Lesher - He has no showed matches due to staring contests with paintings, Rick.

Aran stands Scavenger up, whips him off the ropes and then gives him a dropkick back to the mat. Aran then gives Scavenger an elbow smash to the throat before he goes to the ropes. He makes his way to the top as Scavenger gets to his feet. Aran goes for a flying cross body, but Scavenger catches him in mid-air and goes for a power slam on Aran. Aran headlocks Scavenger on the way down and gives him a DDT to the mat. Aran then hooks the leg for the pin. 1...2...3! Aran wins impressively over Scavenger.

Ricky Simms - Wow, what a performance here by Dishon. This kid could go far. I guess we will see how far when he fights in the King of the PPV later tonight.

Henry Lesher - No one actually cares, though Rick. He beat Scavenger. Water is wet. Max Cameron sucks. Big deal. You see a pattern here?

Tommy Purr is seen backstage when AJ Cameron walks in, tag title belt over his shoulder. AJ has a grin on his face which causes Tommy to shake his head.

AJ Cameron - What's the problem, Tommy?

Tommy Purr - I don't know if anyone clued you in, but we are defending two title belts against the EVC tonight. They're dangerous and I don't know if this is a good time to smile.

AJ Cameron - Relax, we have this in the bag. Gary Barber and Hammer will choke. The EVC chokes in title matches. Everyone knows it.

Tommy Purr - JC beat me for the TV title not that long ago.

AJ Cameron - See, to me, that's ancient history. He defended against you and then you won the gold. You're the man, Tommy. I am better than Gary or Hammer. We have this in the bag.

Tommy Purr - Hey, I am all for being confident, but I also think we need to be careful.

AJ Cameron - You can be careful and I'll be confident. We are the champs and we will be the champs when this night is out. Mark my words, Tommy.

Tommy Purr - I hope you're right, AJ. Just watch for other members of their band of merry idiots.

"Walk With Me In Hell" by Lamb of God plays as Pyro comes out, without the mask, to an actual strong reaction from the crowd. He pauses on stage and looks around before he heads down the ramp to ringside. He then does a lap of the ring, pausing to look down at Lesher and ask him if there's a problem. Pyro then steps up onto the apron and then steps through the ropes into the ring, He then stands in the middle of the ring, looking to the stage while his music fades. We then hear "Suicide Messiah" by Black Label Society plays as JC Michaels comes out to loud boos from the crowd. He puts his hand to his ear as if he can't quite hear the fans and then he quickly makes his way down the ramp and to ringside. He then pulls himself onto the apron and then steps through the ropes into the ring.

Ricky Simms - JC fighting a man in Pyro here who looks the best I have ever seen him.

Henry Lesher - Which makes him ten percent as awesome as Max Cameron. He's that good.

The referee calls for the bell and both men move in for a test of strength. JC breaks that by kicking Pyro in the gut and then gives him a hip toss to the mat where he quickly applies a sleeperhold. The referee checks for a submission, but Pyro refuses to submit and instead gives JC a snap mare right through the ropes and out to the floor. Pyro then rolls himself out to the floor and then eye gouges JC on the floor. Pyro then whips JC shoulder first into the steel ring steps and then gives him a German suplex to the floor. Pyro then stands JC up and rolls him into the ring before doing the same himself. Pyro then goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by JC Michaels.

Ricky Simms - Pyro is in control here. That must surprise a few.

Henry Lesher - The universe could explode.

Pyro stands JC up, whips him off the ropes and then gives him a clothesline to the mat. Pyro then goes to the ropes, makes his way to the second rope and then goes for a double axe handle smash on JC, but takes an upper cut to the chin from JC Michaels which sends him down to the mat. JC then puts the boots to Pyro and then picks him up and slams him to the mat. JC then stands Pyro up, whips him into the corner and then boot chokes him with his hands on the top rope. JC releases the choke before the referee can reach a five count and then he rakes Pyro's eyes along the top rope. JC then punches Pyro in the throat before giving him a side Russian leg sweep to the mat where he goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Pyro.

Ricky Simms - JC has taken over and Pyro is in trouble.

Henry Lesher - Yeah, we all saw that coming, Rick.

JC stands Pyro up, whips him off the ropes and then misses a clothesline when Pyro ducks it before he gives JC a knee to the gut followed by a kick to the chest and then Pyro picks JC up and slams him to the mat. Pyro then lands a knee drop to the forehead on JC and then he goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by JC Michaels. Pyro then stands JC up and again whips him through the ropes and out to the floor. Pyro then waits for JC to stand before he does a baseball slide into a kick to the chest on JC, sending him flying backwards into the guard railing.

Ricky Simms - This match keeps going back and forth here.

Henry Lesher - This is sad. JC should be in a real match with a real wrestler. This is simply terrible for this entire company. I think it might warrant a lawsuit.

Pyro then stands JC up, whips him shoulder first into the steel ring post and then goes for a clothesline on JC, but he ducks it and Pyro instead wraps his arm around the post. JC then gives Pyro a kick to the gut, rams his head into the guard railing and then takes a thumb to the eye from Pyro. Pyro then hip tosses JC into the crowd. Pyro climbs onto the railing and then he leaps onto JC and they fall to the floor brawling with one another while the referee calls for the bell, having counted both men out.

Ricky Simms - I don't think these two are done with one another. JC met a man inside the ring tonight who had something to prove this time around.

Henry Lesher - This makes no sense. JC is a great man and he is against this?

Security rush in to try and split Pyro and JC up, but they prove to be tough to get away from one another as they continue brawling right in the aisle.

Rose Lemieux is seen backstage, a bandage on her forehead, making her way to the exit when she is headed off by Missy who has a microphone in her hand.

Missy - Rose, it's good to see you're up and around.

Rose Lemieux - Look, the doctor here said I have a concussion. It looks like Looney Tune has knocked me out of action for awhile.

Missy - That would be a shame.

Rose Lemieux - It's more than a shame, Missy. Looney Tune is a coward and that was a criminal act on his part.

Missy - Criminal? But this stuff happens all the time in the CWA.

Rose Lemieux - That's the problem, Missy.

Rose then continues out the back door into the parking lot where we briefly see Kaleigh Simms and Kathy Smith greeting her before the door closes and then we return to the ring.

King of the PPV Match

"For the Love of the Game" by Pillar plays as Aran Dishon steps out onto the stage for the second time in three matches. He gets a solid pop from the crowd this time and nods his head as if that's how it should be when he comes out. He then makes his way down the ramp with a smile on his face, not showing any ill effects from having already wrestled once tonight. He then pulls himself onto the ring apron before stepping through the ropes into the ring. His music then fades and we hear "King of the Stereo" by Saliva and Jack Spade comes out to a loud ovation from the crowd. He stands on the stage for a moment to soak it up and then he runs down the ramp to the ring and slides into the ring where the referee then calls for the bell.

Ricky Simms - The winner of this match will be the number one contender.

Henry Lesher - That will be a crime. The EVC is clearly head and shoulders above either of these guys.

Aran and Jack lock up. Jack then shoves Aran into the corner buckle where he then delivers a clothesline on Dishon, then places him in a headlock before giving him a bulldog to the mat. Jack then stands Aran up, whips him off the ropes and then gives him a dropkick to the mat. He then gets to his feet, takes a few steps back and then lands a rolling thunder on Aran before going for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Dishon. Jack then stands Aran up, whips him into the corner and then goes for a shoulder block only to find no one home as Aran side steps that. Aran then gives Jack a German suplex to the mat, then stands him up and sets for and delivers a snap suplex on the former CWA champion. Aran then goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Jack Spade.

Ricky Simms - Going for the pin after a snap suplex? That's a bit arrogant.

Henry Lesher - Well, this kid is trying to create his own hype. What better way than pinning this plug with a useless move? I actually understand the logic there.

Aran stands Jack up, whips him off the ropes and then gives him a dropkick to the mat. Aran then goes to the ropes and lands a springboard moonsault onto Jack where he again goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Jack Spade. Aran then stands Jack up, and then gives him a vertical suplex to the mat. Aran then stands over Jack and then gives him a knee drop to the forehead, then stands and gives him another. Aran then stands jack up, whips him through the ropes to the floor and then he drops and heads out after him. Aran gives Jack a series of kicks to the ribs and then brings him to the announce table. He rams Jack's face into the announce table. Jack then eye gouges Aran before slamming his head into the announce table. Jack then picks Aran up and slams him to the floor. Jack then picks Aran up and sends him back into the ring and barely beats the ten count by then rolling himself in as well. Jack then goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Aran.

Ricky Simms - Jack is showing why he was the World Champ in this company.

Henry Lesher - Yes, because no one important was trying to beat him.

Jack stands Aran up, whips him off the ropes and then backdrops him to the mat. Jack then goes to the ropes and makes his way to the top rope. He attempts a shooting star press, but Aran manages to get out of the way and Jack crashes to the mat instead. Aran then uses the ropes to pull himself to his feet. Aran then stands Jack up, whips him into the corner buckle and then gives him a monkey flip out of there to the middle of the ring. Aran then gives Jack an elbow smash to the throat and then goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Jack Spade.

Ricky Simms - Again, Aran going for the pin after weak moves.

Henry Lesher - Maybe he knows how much talent Jack has, so he doesn't think he needs to really work for this one. He didn't have to work to beat Scavenger,

Aran stands Jack up and whips him over the top rope and out to the floor. He then has a few words with the referee while Jack gets to his feet on the floor. Jack pulls himself onto the apron and gives Aran a punch in the face from the apron before he springboards into a body press. Aran rolls it over into a small package. 1...2... Jack grabs the bottom rope. 3! The referee calls for the bell, not having seen Jack grab the bottom rope. Aran's arm is raised while some in the crowd boo the result.

Ricky Simms - Aran Dishon is the number one contender in his first week?

Henry Lesher - This company is that bad, Rick. Wake up and smell the bad wrestling.

Aran's music suddenly cuts out and then we hear "Come With Me" by Puff Daddy and Paulie la Cerva comes out onto the stage, shaking his head and with a microphone in hand,

Paulie La Cerva - Okay, first off, the result will stand. Second off, Aran, if you think you're the man to fight for the title at Backdraft next month, you had better prove it. Every week between now and then you have to prove yourself. It all starts next week when you face the man you just beat, Jack Spade. Referees may get a final decision on the match, but Jack grabbed the bottom rope before the three count. If Jack beats you, we will discuss your standing in the title picture from there. Congratulations, Aran.

Paulie walks off and Jack Spade, now on his feet, whips Aran through the ropes and out to the floor. he then turns to the referee and has a few unkind words with him about the result of this match.

Ricky Simms - It looks like a roadblock was just put up between Aran and his title shot.

Henry Lesher - Fair decision by Paulie. Wyatt Gibson would have just asked Aran out instead.

Ray Dees is seen backstage with Romeo Delight.

Ray Dees - Romeo, it has to feel good to be back in the spotlight.

Romeo Delight - Ray, it feels great. I have to be honest about that. I am glad to be back and hear cheers from the fans after all of these years.

Ray Dees - Who is your next target?

Romeo Delight - Well, I took down Deep Freeze, so his partner Looney Tune has to be next.

Ray Dees - So you saw what he did to Rose earlier then.

Romeo Delight - Of course I did. We all watched it. That was disgusting.

Ray Dees - Who else comes to mind?

Romeo Delight - Well, the EVC has this grand standing and all. I have seen stables like them come and go. I could fight any of their members and show them they're not as good as they think they are.

Hammer then enters the picture and he doesn't look impressed.

Hammer - Hey, fossil, was just passing by and heard your kind words there. You know, wrestling has changed since you were born in the Jurassic. This might come as a shock to you, but the EVC is better than anything your sorry ass faced back when you watched the Cubs win their last world series.

Romeo Delight - Is that a challenge?

Hammer - Are you kidding me? You're not in my league. I figure you're just here because the company isn't willing to pay for top tier talent. That opens the door to losers like you. Now I have a match to get to.

Romeo Delight - Enjoy the latest choke job by the EVC then, Hammer.

"Hollow Man" by The Hollow Men plays as Gary barber comes out. He then waits on stage for a few moments before Hammer rushes out to join him. They then make their way down the ramp to the ring, the crowd booing them during their entire entrance as is expected. The stop at ringside and discuss who should start the match. They then high five one another and Hammer rolls himself under the bottom rope into the ring. Barber takes his place in their corner while their music fades and then we hear "Downfall" by Trust Company and Tommy Purr comes out with AJ Cameron. AJ is still smiling and nodding his head to the music while Tommy keeps telling him not to be cocky. They then continue on their way down the ramp before Tommy steps up onto the apron and then AJ rolls himself under the bottom rope into the ring. The referee calls for the bell once AJ is on his feet.

Ricky Simms - Two falls in this one. The first is for the TV title and the second is for the tag titles.

Henry Lesher - Finally, a real wrestling match. It only took about six hours to get to real wrestling.

AJ locks up with Gary Barber and the two grapple for the early advantage. Barber shoves AJ into the ropes and then kicks him right through them and out to the floor. Gary Barber then backs off and AJ pulls himself onto the apron and has a few words with Gary. Gary punches AJ across the face and then slingshots his throat off the top rope, sending him back down to the floor. Tommy drops off the apron to check on his partner. AJ says he's fine and refuses help from Tommy. AJ pulls himself onto the apron again and then gives Barber a shoulder block through the ropes before he steps back into the ring. AJ then rakes the eyes of Gary Barber along the top rope before giving him a side Russian leg sweep to the mat. AJ then stands Gary up, whips him off the ropes and then backdrops him to the mat. AJ then smiles and starts to perform a Garvin Stomp on Gary Barber, but Hammer charges into the ring and clotheslines AJ to the mat and that stops that. Both men lie on the mat while the referee starts a count.

Ricky Simms - Tommy is clearly concerned with the ego problem AJ has here.

Henry Lesher - I have never seen a wrestler who thinks so highly of himself for so little a reason as riding the coattails of Tommy Purr.

Gary Barber gets to his feet and then pulls AJ to his corner where he tags in Hammer. Hammer and Gary Barber then gives AJ a double vertical suplex to the mat. Hammer then stands AJ up, whips him off the ropes and gives him a big boot to the chest which brings him back down to the mat. Hammer then measures AJ for an elbow to the forehead. Hammer then lays into AJ with punches to the forehead and chest while AJ tries to cover up. Hammer then stands AJ up, whips him off the ropes and gives him a shoulder block back down to the mat. Hammer then applies a figure four leglock on AJ Cameron. The referee checks for a submission, but AJ refuses to give up.

Ricky Simms - Keep in mind that if AJ loses here, it's Tommy who loses the TV title.

Henry Lesher - I don't agree with that at all. AJ should just lose whatever belt he has and leave. Tommy is better off by himself with the EVC there.

AJ tries to roll the hold over and he is also reaching out for the ropes. He screams in pain and seems ready to submit when Tommy charges into the ring and boots Hammer in the face. Tommy is then sent back out of the ring by the referee while Gary Barber enters the ring without a tag and starts putting the boots to AJ Cameron. Hammer releases the figure four and he and Gary stand AJ up, whip him off the ropes, but AJ clotheslines them both to the mat before he rolls to his corner and tags in Tommy Purr. Tommy rushes into the ring and he lands a series of punches on both Hammer and Barber. He then rams their heads together before he whips Gary Barber through the ropes and out to the floor. He then places Hammer in a headlock and then gives him a bulldog to the mat and then rolls him over for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Hammer. Tommy stands Hammer up, whips him off the ropes and Hammer ducks a clothesline and then gives Tommy a series of forearm smashes to the jaw which sends Tommy backwards into the ropes. Hammer then tags in Gary Barber. Barber enters the ring and gives Tommy a series of knife edge chops. Gary then whips Tommy off the ropes and gives him a clothesline to the mat.

Ricky Simms - The EVC are showing tremendous teamwork here.

Henry Lesher - Hey, they are the best tag team in the CWA and Gary is one of the very best in the company is terms of his talent, his heart and his strong manly features.

Gary picks Tommy up and gives him a backbreaker before going for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Tommy. Gary then stands Tommy up, whips him off the ropes and ducks his head for a backdrop, but Tommy kicks him in the face and then gives him a facebuster to the mat. Tommy then rolls to his corner and tags in AJ Cameron. AJ comes in with a smile on his face and stands over Gary barber for a moment. He then starts to pull Gary up, but Barber pulls him down into a small package. 1...2...3! Gary Barber wins the TV title by pinning AJ!

Ricky Simms - Wow, AJ totally blew that for Tommy there.

Henry Lesher - I.... too easy.

Gary Barber gets to his feet and starts brawling with AJ while Tommy screams from the apron at his partner. AJ whips Gary off the ropes and takes a clothesline from Barber. Gary then tags in Hammer. Hammer and Barber then gives AJ a double knee drop, Hammer to the head and Gary to the chest. Hammer then picks AJ up and slams him to the mat. Hammer then talks trash to Tommy about one down and one to go. Hammer stands AJ up, whips him off the ropes and gives him a backdrop to the mat. Hammer then puts the boots to AJ before standing him up and whipping him into the corner. Hammer goes for a clothesline in the corner, but AJ sidesteps it and then gives Hammer a knee to the chest followed by a pump handle slam to the mat. AJ then goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Hammer.

Ricky Simms - It will be interesting to see if the tag champs can swing the momentum back in their favor as they are clearly not in sync right now.

Henry Lesher - Well, Tommy should know better than to allow this idiot into the ring. His last name is Cameron. That means loser in thirteen languages.

AJ stands Hammer up and takes a jawbreaker from Hammer. Hammer then whips AJ off the ropes and misses with a clothesline when AJ ducks it. AJ then dives to his corner and tags in Tommy Purr. Tommy charges into the ring and clotheslines Hammer to the mat and then sees Gary charging into the ring in time to catch him, pick him up and slam him onto Hammer. Tommy then goes to the ropes and makes the way to the top. He then gives Gary a missile dropkick off the top which sends him falling backwards and he rolls right out of the ring. Hammer then eye gouges Tommy before Tommy then eye gouges Hammer right back.

Ricky Simms - Tommy is showing a lot of spirit here after losing the TV title.

Henry Lesher - AJ lost Tommy's title. Get it straight, Rick.

Tommy rakes the eyes of Hammer along the top rope and then gives him a back suplex to the mat. Tommy then stands over Hammer while the fans start a chant for him. Tommy sees Gary Barber charging into the ring again and Tommy spears him to the mat. AJ Cameron then gives Hammer a chair shot to the head while the referee's back in turned and then AJ rolls himself out of the ring. Tommy then picks Hammer up and slams him to the mat. Tommy then picks Hammer up and then delivers the Tommyknocker on Hammer before going for the pin. 1...2...3! AJ and Tommy retain the tag belts. AJ grabs the belts from the timekeeper and rolls himself into the ring with a smile on his face as he hands one of the tag belts to Tommy. Tommy throws it back at him and simply rolls himself out of the ring and starts to make his way up the ramp.

Ricky Simms - Tommy and AJ keep the tag belts, but Tommy is not happy.

Henry Lesher - I wouldn't be happy either to lose the TV title and have my partner grinning like an idiot about it.

Ricky Simms - Well, AJ is happy he still has the tag gold, but I see your point.

We see Paulie La Cerva with Drina Peretti in his office.

Drina Peretti - Gary Barber finally wins a singles title in the CWA. That should be good for the EVC and for the CWA.

Paulie La Cerva - Hold on the champagne until we see how the rest of the night goes. Max simply has to win.

Sal Clemenzo - *from off camera* He does?

Paulie La Cerva - *smiles* Oh hey, it's the champ.

The camera pulls back so we see Sal standing in the doorway with the title belt over his shoulder.

Sal Clemenzo - Look, Paulie, you can stop right now. You tried to stop me from getting this gold. You're not going to take it away from me any better than you kept me from winning it.

Paulie La Cerva - No, see, I learn from my mistakes.

Sal Clemenzo - You do? That's news to me. I remember the last time you were dating a woman who was a better man than you. It ended badly for you and for her... God rest her soul.

Paulie La Cerva - Get out of my office.

Sal Clemenzo - Stay out of my match tonight, Paulie. You kept Max away from me so you could groom him to be your champ. You failed, I will prove that to the world tonight.

Sal walks out and Paulie slams his fists on the desk while Drina slowly steps back.

"Southtown" by POD plays as 6Pac Dudley comes out onto the stage and he hears the boos from the crowd. He pays the fans no mind as he makes his way down the ramp to the ring and then he pulls himself onto the apron before he jumps over the top rope into the ring. He then tests the ropes while his music fades and then we hear "Voices" by Rev Theory and malk makes his way onto the stage where the crowd cheers him. He stands on stage for a few moments before he charges down the ramp to the ring. He then pulls himself under the bottom rope into the ring and quickly gets to his feet where he stands nose to nose with 6Pac. We then hear "Where Eagles dare" by The Misfits and The Moose comes out onto the stage with the Old School title belt over his shoulder. The crowd cheers and starts a chant for him as he makes his way down the ramp to ringside. He hands his title belt to the timekeeper and then steps up onto the apron before he steps through the ropes into the ring. The referee then calls for the bell to start the match.

Ricky Simms - Triple threat match and the winner is Old School champ.

Henry Lesher - If this belt is about old people, why aren't you in there?

Moose gives 6Pac a punch to the head and takes a kick to the gut from Malk who then whips Moose into the corner buckle where Malk then lands a shoulder block. Malk then turns and kicks a charging 6Pac in the chest and then picks him up and slams him to the mat. Malk then takes a knee to the back from Moose who then gives Malk an inverted DDT to the mat and goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Malk. Moose then stands Malk up, whips him off the ropes and both men shoulder block one another. 6Pac then dropkicks Malk in the back and then kips up to his feet. 6Pac then starts trading punches with Moose before Moose ducks a right hand and then gives 6Pac an atomic drop and then chucks him through the ropes and out to the floor.

Ricky Simms - Moose is trying to take control of this match.

Henry Lesher - I can't believe it isn't over yet. Moose is way above this. Malk and 6Pac are nobodies.

Moose starts trading rights and lefts with Malk. Moose then whips Malk off the ropes, then gives him a clothesline to the mat. Moose then picks Malk up, then slams him to the mat. Moose then stands Malk up, whips him off the ropes and gives him a knife edge chop to the chest. Malk then knees Moose in the gut and then whips him through the ropes and out to the floor while 6Pac rolls himself in. 6Pac then starts trading punches with Malk. 6Pac then knees Malk in the gut and then gives him a DDT to the mat before going for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Malk and then Moose rolls himself back into the ring. Moose gives 6Pac a double axe handle smash to the back and then picks him up and slams him to the mat. Moose then lands a leg drop across the throat on 6Pac and then he gets to his feet and starts trading punches with Malk while the crowd cheers the action.

Ricky Simms - Good action here between these three competitors.

Henry Lesher - Yeah, but only one of them is any good.

Moose whips Malk off the ropes and misses with a clothesline when Malk ducks it. Malk then gives Moose a chop to the neck and follows that up with a side suplex to the mat. He then stands Moose up and gives him a German suplex to the mat, holding his shoulders down for the pin attempt. 1...2... kick out by Moose. Malk then gets to his feet and takes a standing dropkick from 6Pac. 6Pac then jumps to the top rope, waits for Moose to stand and then gives him a flying dropkick back to the mat. 6Pac then gets to his feet and takes a knee to the chest from Malk. Malk then picks 6Pac up and power slams him to the mat and then goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by 6Pac.

Ricky Simms - Keep in mind that Moose, much like Tommy earlier, does not have to be pinned to lose the gold here.

Henry Lesher - Moose won't be pinned. This match is a joke.

Malk stands 6Pac up, whips him into the corner buckle and then gives him a clothesline in the corner. Malk then whips 6Pac towards the other corner where Moose catches him, picks him up and gives him a Moosedriver to the mat. Moose then goes for the pin only to have Malk dropkick Moose in the face and send him through the ropes to the floor which allows Malk to go for the pin. 1...2...3! Malk wins and is the new Old School champion!

Ricky Simms - I am at a loss here.

Henry Lesher - But Moose hit his finisher. He won the match.

Ricky Simms - As much as I could agree, it was Malk who got the pin and finally wins his first title in the CWA.

Henry Lesher - A part of me dies inside when things like this happen.

Malk rolls himself out to the floor and grabs the Old School title from the timekeeper's table and then stands nose to nose with Moose. Moose takes a step back and shakes his head briefly. Malk then turns and starts up the ramp with the belt over his shoulder while the crowd seems split on whether they agree with him winning the title or not. Moose lowers his head and heads off through the crowd.

Ricky Simms - It's been a long time since we saw Moose without a belt. He has some soul searching to do.

Henry Lesher - Well, I didn't think he had real opponents either.

Sabrina is seen on the beach, the waves lapping around her feet as she walks along and watches seagulls flying nearby, She pulls her blonde hair back and smiles.

Sabrina Davidson - Last month, you learned about Bruce Miller. Today, I bring you Kathy Smith.

The camera pans around and we see Kathy Smith lying on the beach, a blanket beneath her as she suns herself. The rest of the beach is free of people, Sabrina and Kathy apparently the only people in this universe as Sabrina takes a seat next to Kathy on the blanket.

Sabrina Davidson - Kathy, the fans have always loved you. You seem to be popular with the other wrestlers. One has to wonder why you aren't on Overdrive more.

Kathy Smith - That was my call. I got tired of my personal life being on display before the world.

Sabrina Davidson - It must be hard to know basically your whole adult life has played out before a camera, for the most part.

Kathy Smith - Privacy is a luxury, I was told. I prefer luxury then. I was tired of watching the Shannon-Myst drama and hearing about my relationship with Missy being just for cameras.

Sabrina Davidson - Do you ever regret coming out of the closet?

Kathy Smith - No, I have nothing to be ashamed of. I liked Missy. She likes me. I have been with men before and, if Missy and I split up, I could see myself being with a man again. That's just how I am. It just has nothing to do with wrestling and that's always been my point.

Sabrina Davidson - Do you consider yourself retired?

Kathy Smith - Look around you. I purchased the land this beach is on with money I got through smart investments I made off money I made as a wrestler. I don't know if I will wrestle again. Never say never, I guess.

Sabrina Davidson - What is your opinion of the locker room right now?

Kathy Smith - I like Rose Lemieux a lot. I am a big fan of the EVC in that they are what a stable really should be. To a man, I hate them personally, but I respect what they have done and continue to do as a thorn in the side of the rest of the roster. It's sometimes good to keep people off balance.

Sabrina Davidson - What do you think of the men in tonight's main event, Sal Clemenzo and Max Cameron?

Kathy Smith - Sal is an amazing talent. Max is one of the toughest, most underrated talents in the CWA. I really have nothing bad to say about either of them as they work really hard at their jobs.

Sabrina Davidson - We wish you the best of luck and hope to see you inside the ring again soon.

Kathy Smith - Thanks.

Sabrina Davidson - Now, I need to do some tanning myself.

Sabrina lays down on the blanket next to Kathy and we return to the ring.

"Hell's Bells" by AC/DC plays as Max Cameron makes his way onto the stage where the crowd actually gives him a strong ovation. Max then slowly makes his way down the ramp to the ring and then does a slow lap around the ring itself while he shakes hands with and high fives some of the fans. Max then makes his way up the ring steps and then steps through the ropes into the ring. His music then fades and we hear "Halls of Fear" by Nino Rota and Sal Clemenzo makes his way onto the stage where he gets a loud ovation as well. He holds the belt high above his head and then makes his way down the ramp to the ring. He hands off his title belt to the timekeeper and then pulls himself onto the apron before he steps through the ropes into the ring.

Ricky Simms - The main event has arrived.

Henry Lesher - In all of its horrible glory.

Referee Mary Sanderson calls for the bell and Sal locks up with Max. Max and Sal grapple against the ropes and Max clotheslines Sal over the top rope and out to the floor. Max then climbs the ropes in the corner and leaps off, missing a flying clothesline as Sal steps out of the way and Sal then slams Max's head into the railing before pulling him down to the mat and then he applies a sharpshooter which causes the referee to ask whether or not Max is ready to submit and end this match early.

Ricky Simms - Sal wants to make this match over fast.

Henry Lesher - He knows he's not facing a real threat. That's why.

Max refuses to submit when asked by the referee and he starts to pull himself up from the floor. He shows signs of being able to reverse the hold, so Sal breaks it before he has the chance. Sal then stands Max up and sends him over the railing and into the crowd. Sal follows that up by climbing onto the railing and then landing a scissor kick to the back of the neck on Max from there, sending him face first to the floor. Sal then gets to his feet, grabs Max by the hair and pulls him up the aisle and away from the ring. He then grabs a random chair from under a fan who is dumped to the floor, folds it and then slams it across the back of Max Cameron. He then repeatedly slams the chair across Max's back while the referee checks for a submission. Max is not willing to give up, despite the beating he is taking.

Ricky Simms - This is brutal.

Henry Lesher - This is great!

Max crawls away from Sal and right into the quickly parting and, in some cases, running crowd. Sal follows him like a predator after his prey, the chair in his hand. Max then spots a glimmer of hope, grabs a half empty glass of beer and then grabs it before he turns and splashes it into the eyes of Sal Clemenzo. Max then grabs a replica belt from a young fan and slams Sal across the head with it only to find out it's plastic. Sal then eye gouges Max, throws the plastic belt away and slams Max over the head with the chair.

Ricky Simms - Max was fighting back there, but it was short lived.

Henry Lesher - It's Max. Of course it was short lived.

Max then scrambles under a row of chairs and into the row behind while Sal continues his pursuit. Max pulls the feet out from under Sal and applies an ankle lock submission hold on the champ and then Max adds to that by putting the boots to Sal while maintaining the hold on the ankle. The referee checks foe a submission, but Sal is unwilling to saw he quits at this stage. Max then grabs the chair from Sal's grip and starts clubbing him across the head and in the stomach with it. The referee continues to ask Sal if he is willing to submit and Sal shows no sign of being willing to quit even still. Max then stops the beating, grabs Sal by one foot and drags him back into the aisle and starts dragging him towards the concession area. He pulls Sal right passed the stand and then heads right out the back door into the parking lot. Max then stands sal up and slams his forehead into the side of the arena and then applies a sleeperhold on the champ while the referee checks to see if Sal is willing to quit.

Ricky Simms - Max is taking the fight right outside of the Target Center!

Henry Lesher - Well, he has never won an important match inside an arena, so he likes his odds outside. He must forget about Leech beating the hell out of him in a parking lot a long while back. That was probably eight concussions ago for Max Cameron.

Sal refuses to quit and he gives Max a series of elbows to the ribs and then Sal leans back and slams Max's back into the side of the building. Sal then drags himself to the back door and opens it to once again enter the arena. Max follows close behind as Sal makes his way to the concession stand. Sal picks up a set of salad tongs from off the concession stand and then proceeds to pinch the nose of Max Cameron while the referee checks for a submission.

Ricky Simms - Those tongs are for lettuce, Sal!

Henry Lesher - You won't cry for Rose, but you'll cry if you can't make tacos.

Max refuses to say that he quits and he thumbs Sal in the eye, then grabs the salad tongs and throws them away before he kicks Sal in the gut and then he picks him up and slams him to the floor. Max then applies a Boston Crab and the referee asks Sal if he submits. Sal shakes his head and refuses to submit to the hold as he is already pushing himself up from the floor. Sal reaches back to try and reverse the hold, which causes Max to release him and Max then stands Sal up and then gives him a vertical suplex to the floor which appears to hurt both men.

Ricky Simms - This brutality will continue until one man says that he quits.

Henry Lesher - Sal won't quit. Max usually quits three times during the match and submits to the referee. The opening bell spooks him, too.

Ricky Simms - Are you finished?

Henry Lesher - I heard Max was driving passed a fire station when their alarm went off. He thought it was a ring bell and he just fell right down. He was there for three hours before he realized he wasn't actually in a match. Okay, I am done now.

Max and Sal get up to their hands and knees. Max eye gouges Sal. Sal answers with a headbutt. Sal then gets to his feet and pulls max by the hair back to the aisle and starts pulling him down towards the ring. Max fights back with a heavy shove on Sal and the champ rolls head over heels down the stairs and crashes into the guard railing. Max then makes his way down and boot chokes Sal against the guard railing while the referee checks for a submission. Sal refuses to submit and he actually manages to kick Max away from him long enough to use the railing to get back to his feet. Sal then knees Max in the gut, slams his head into the guard railing and then picks him up and slams him to the floor next to the ring. Sal then steps over the guard railing and then he grabs Max around the throat and stands him up. Max kicks Sal in the gut and then he picks Sal up and slams him to the floor.

Ricky Simms - Tremendous fight being shown by both men here.

Henry Lesher - Max must think he gets to retire if he wins.

Max sets to put Sal in a figure four leglock. Sal instead kicks max in the chest and sends him backwards, hitting his head against the steel corner post. Max faceplants to the floor while Sal slowly gets to his feet. Sal sees that Max is down and he quickly locks in the Sicilian Sleeper. The crowd cheers as Sal leans back and the referee asks max if he quits. Max refuses to quit even as he is fading in the hold. We then see Maxine rushing down the ramp to ringside. She rushes around the ring with a microphone in hand and grabs the referee by the shoulder.

Maxine - He quits! He quits! He's out! Ring the damned bell!

The referee calls for the bell and Sal releases max who falls lifeless to the floor. Maxine checks on Max and medical personnel make their way down to ringside while Sal collects his title belt to the cheers of most.

Ricky Simms - Max never quit!

Henry Lesher - Maxine did it for him. It runs in their family, I guess. They're brother and sister, you know.

Ricky Simms - They are not!

Maxine is seen checking on Max while Sal heads away from the ring and up the ramp. He looks at the camera and tells us that might have been the fight of his life. He then continues making his way up the ramp towards the back.

Ricky Simms - Max was so close! For a second straight week, he is heading to the hospital, but he was so close to being the champion! What next for Max?

Henry Lesher - Retirement.

Ricky Simms - Tune in next week when we see how the new champions and old deal with things as we head into summer!

We fade to black with a shot of Sal standing on stage with the title raised high above his head while the audio is medics at ringside attending to the fallen Max Cameron.
