April 12, 2009 Montreal, Quebec

Rose Lemieux is seen entering the building with Shengee Shmelky close behind her. She looks quite upset and is in a hurry, looking at her watch and scowling.

Shengee Shmelky - I is so sorry yo.

Rose Lemieux - Never ask what this button does in my car again. Now I'm late.

Shengee Shmelky - Like I said, yo, I be sorry.

Rose Lemieux - Now please stay out of my match.

Shengee Shmelky - Yo, team Flava be da bomb yo!

Rose stops, turns and stands face to face with Shengee.

Rose Lemieux - I asked nicely. I won't be nice next time.

Rose walks on and we follow a dejected looking Shengee. He then comes across a dejected looking Wyatt, his head hung low.

Shengee Shmelky - Yo, you can't be in Rose's match either yo?

Wyatt Gibson - Tony Parizi just fired me.

We then see the opening for this week's Overdrive, featuring "Opticon" by Orgy.

Hoshi Yakamoto vs. Rose Lemieux

"The Movie" by Aerosmith plays as Hoshi Yakamoto makes her way onto the stage. The crowd gives her a standing ovation and she smiles as she makes her way down the ramp to ringside. She then does a lap around the crowd and high fives a few of the ringside fans. She then pulls herself onto the ring apron before she steps through the ropes into the ring. She poses on the second rope for the fans before she jumps back down to the mat. Her music then fades and we hear "If You Seek Amy" by Britney Spears and Rose Lemieux makes her way onto the stage where she gets a warm reception from the crowd as well. She then runs down the ramp to ringside before sliding under the bottom rope into the ring. She jumps to her feet as referee Mary Sanderson calls for the bell to get the match started. Rose and Hoshi then lock up.

Ricky Simms - Solid diva match to start the show tonight.

Henry Lesher - Solid diva match? There is no such thing.

Rose backs Hoshi into a corner where the referee asks for a clean break as they're against the ropes. Rose takes a step back and then retreats to the middle of the ring, Hoshi moves in and kicks Rose in the stomach, doubling her over which then allows Hoshi to gives her a gutwrench suplex to the mat. Hoshi then lands a leg drop across the throat on Rose before going for the early pin. 1...2... kick out by Rose. Hoshi then stands Rose up, whips her off the ropes and then gives her a dropkick back down to the mat. Hoshi then goes to the ropes and quickly jumps to the top and then goes for a moonsault onto Rose only to find no one home as Rose rolls out of the way.

Ricky Simms - Hoshi went for the high risk move there and it cost her.

Henry Lesher - This match is costing me precious moments of my life, you know.

Rose kips up to her feet and then places Hoshi in a headlock. Rose then converts that into a sleeper hold. The referee checks for a submission, but Hoshi refuses to submit to the hold. Hoshi then gives Rose a series of elbows to the ribs and then ducks her head and rolls Rose over top of her, breaking the hold. Hoshi then jumps to her feet and then starts putting the boots to Rose who rolls herself out of the ring to regroup. Rose paces at ringside for a few moments and seems to be talking to herself a bit before she pulls herself back onto the apron. She then steps through the ropes into the ring and again locks up with Hoshi. Rose knee lifts Hoshi in the chest to break that and then gives her a series of forearm upper cuts which drive her into the corner. Rose then whips Hoshi to the opposite corner and then charges in for a splash. Hoshi steps out of the way and then slams Rose's head into the corner buckle before giving her a German suplex to the mat.

Ricky Simms - Good match between two evenly matched ladies tonight.

Henry Lesher - Yeah, this might be the worst match I have ever had to watch in this company.

Hoshi stands Rose up, whips her off the ropes and then gives her a spinning heel kick back to the mat. Hoshi then goes for a springboard moonsault and lands on raised knees from Rose. Rose then uses the ropes to pull herself to her feet and then she kicks Hoshi in the ribs, stands her up and whips her off the ropes before giving her a backdrop to the mat. Rose then opts to climb the ropes herself and then she leaps off the top rope, missing with a flying elbow smash as Hoshi rolls out of the way. Both ladies are down and then we see Shengee Shmelky running down the ramp to ringside with a Superman cape and costume on. He slides under the bottom rope into the ring and tries to pick Rose up, shouting that he will save her.

Ricky Simms - What is Shengee doing here?

Henry Lesher - Yeah, I'm in hell.

Rose gets to her feet and sees Supershengee and she starts berating him about getting involved in her match. Hoshi then rolls Rose up into a school boy pin attempt. 1...2...3! Hoshi gets the win over Rose! Hoshi then rolls herself out of the ring and leaves a scared looking Supershengee in the ring with Rose. Rose slowly gets to her feet and looks quite disgusted. She turns to Shengee and grabs him by the ear and tells him if he ever gets involved in her matches again, she'll tear the ear off. She then leaves him in the ring with tears in his eyes while the crowd starts a chant for the tiny wonder.

Ricky Simms - Shengee was trying to be the hero here.

Henry Lesher - I can't begin to tell you what's horrible about this entire thing. I need a word with the guys backstage about this. I can't work and watch this idiot wearing a costume inside that ring.

Max Cameron is seen backstage in his locker room getting ready for his match when Ray Dees enters the picture.

Ray Dees - Could I have a moment of your time?

Max Cameron - Probably, what do you want?

Ray Dees - I want to talk to you about your match tonight.

Max Cameron - And?

Ray Dees - See, the fans are excited to have such a huge main event pitting talents from different worlds inside the same ring, as if deciding which wrestling world is better,

Max Cameron - Ray, you're so far off the mark. I have been trying to talk with AJ about this, too. See, it's not about proving your world is better. I have never been about that. To me, it's about who is better on that given night.

Ray Dees - But surely you see that this is a clash of legends tonight.

Max Cameron - Yeah, that argument can be made. It can also be made that there are more important aspects to tonight's show than this match. What kind of shirt will Tommy be wearing? Will Bombshell have a wardrobe malfunction? Will Henry Lesher admit he's a douchebag? These are important aspects of the show, as well.

Ray Dees - Well, you can't hold those as equally important.

Max Cameron - I just did, Ray. It's just opinion and all of the blubbering we have heard from JC recently has been his opinion. In the end, it's no more valid than anyone else's.

Ray Dees - Well, good luck.

Max Cameron - I don't rely on luck. If I do that, I lose. I didn't come here tonight to lose.

The camera returns to the arena where we are set up for “Tommy Time,” in the center of the ring stands Tommy Purr in between two director’s chairs, a flat-screen monitor suspended from the rafters, and a glass coffee table with a zebra-print rug under it. Tommy gets on the microphone, the Divas Title around his waist, as he introduces his guest for the evening.

Tommy Purr: There have been a lot of women to grace the halls of this company for the past several years … but my guest tonight is a special one that stands head and shoulders above the rest … as the most self-entitled, bratty, and belligerent Diva among them all … ladies and gentlemen, my guest tonight is none other than the First Lady of Violence … Rebella DeCesare!

“Shook Me All Night Long” by AC/DC begins to play as Rebella struts out onto the stage to a loud chorus of boos. Rebella shakes her head as she struts down the ramp and into the ring, elegantly slipping into one of the director’s chairs as her music fades.

Tommy Purr: Believe it or not folks, Rebella was the one who requested to be here tonight … so Rebella … what makes you grace us with your existence on the most provocative wrestling talk show in the world?

Rebella DeCesare: The only reason why I’m here is because Parker’s Panto was cancelled before its prime.

Tommy gives her a hard look as the crowd boos. Rebella presses on.

Rebella DeCesare: The reason why I’m down here is to address the rumors that have been circulating since my Mixed Tag Team Match with Cassandra O’ Shea …

The crowd cheers for Cassandra as Rebella acts nauseated.

Rebella DeCesare: … To clear up the rumors, I wasn’t running from Cassandra because I was afraid of her. I have no reason to fear or be afraid of Cassandra O’ Shea. I was running from her because she was using closed fists to strike my beautiful and delicate face … a direct violation of the rules. It’s obvious that the referee wasn’t going to stop her from breaking the rules of the squared-circle, so I tried as best as I knew how to protect myself.

Tommy Purr: Well, trust me when I say, it’s smart for anyone who gets on top of you to protect themselves.

The crowd cheers as Rebella glares at him coldly.

Rebella DeCesare: In any event, I just wanted to clear up those misconceptions … and while I was at it, I wanted to further prove I’m not afraid of that walking sack of silicone by coming out here to issue a challenge …

Tommy Purr: What kind of challenge? I believe Cassie is already busy the weekend of the annual CWA sausage-swallowing contest where you’re defending your title.

Rebella DeCesare: No, Tommy … you see … unlike you, I don’t engage in petty contests. I’m here to issue the challenge to Cassie for an actual one-on-one match … at ‘Terror in the Aisles’, let’s see if Cassie can put her money where everyone else’s dicks have been.

Suddenly, “Brick House” begins to play and Rebella’s eyes go wide. The crowd gives a loud ovation for Cassandra as she marches out to the ring, ready to pounce. Cassandra steps into the ring and Tommy introduces her.

Tommy Purr: Oh shucks … Rebella, I forgot to mention … my OTHER guest for this evening is Cassandra … I’m sure you know her pretty well.

Tommy grins and steps aside, handing the microphone to Cassie as she and Bella come face-to-face, the music and crowd noise fading.

Cassandra O’ Shea: So … you want to challenge me to a match at the next PPV, huh?

Rebella DeCesare: Did I stutter?

Cassandra O’ Shea: I just wanted to make sure you knew what you were getting yourself into, that’s all.

Cassie smiles.

Cassandra O’ Shea: I gladly accept. There’s nothing more I would love than to tear you to shreds right here in the middle of this ring. Let’s up the ante though and make it a Falls Count Anywhere Match … because when there’s nowhere to run and nowhere to hide for you, Bella, you’ll experience TRUE terror.

Rebella DeCesare: I accept your challenge, Cassie.

Cassandra smirks and drops the mic, she turns to walk away, but falls to the ground as Rebella strikes her from behind with a forearm right to the back of the head. The crowd boos as Rebella then kicks Cassie in the gut. Tommy grabs Rebella and tries to yank her away, but Rebella turns on him and knees him right in the groin and sending him to the mat. Cassie is trying to get up, but Rebella picks up one of the director’s chairs and brings it down on Cassie, splintering the wood and causing Cassie to go limp on the canvas. Tommy collects himself and gets to Cassie as referees rush out to check on the fallen Diva. Rebella picks up the mic and laugh slightly.

Rebella DeCesare: Who’s hiding, Cassie?

“Shook Me All Night Long” then begins to play as Rebella cockily exits the ring and heads backstage as the crowd boos her … with refs and Tommy Purr checking no Cassie.

Myst is seen in her office, playing solitaire on her laptop when Shannon Skanes walks into the room.

Myst - Ah, the prodigal husband stops in, does he?

Shannon Skanes - I heard about Wyatt.

Myst - Not my call. I did the firing, but it wasn't my call.

Shannon Skanes - Tony?

Myst - Who else?

Shannon Skanes - He already had Cordelia and Lydia working with Wyatt though.

Myst - It seems he has no faith in Wyatt, so he has been let go. He thinks family need to run the show.

Shannon Skanes - Noah?

Myst - Not our family, his family. I don't believe we're talking about a blood relation either here.

Shannon Skanes - Who is it?

Myst - A man named Paulie. I gather he knows Sal from long before his CWA days and he has a girlfriend named Drina. Paulie is apparently a businessman and Tony feels he can be of great service to us right now in these tough economic times.

Shannon Skanes - Nothing Mafia sounding about that...

Myst - Not at all.

Shannon Skanes - Makes you wonder if Parizi is the real boss around here.

Myst - Thanks for finally realizing what I realized when I bought you out. You might have Hector backing you financially, but Parizi has the company in his grip.

Nothing else is said between them and we return to the ring.

The Moose vs. Scavenger

"My Girlfriend's Girlfriend" by Type O Negative plays as Scavenger makes his way onto the stage where the crowd gives him a warm ovation. Scavenger makes his way down the ramp with his wife Lauren close behind him. They reach ringside and then he has a few words for her before he pulls himself onto the apron and then steps through the ropes into the ring. He then tests the ropes while his music fades and then we hear "Where Eagles Dare" by The Misfits and Moose makes his way onto the stage with the title belt over his shoulder. The crowd cheers him wildly as he makes his way down the ramp towards the ring. He stops at ringside and hands the title belt off to the timekeeper and then makes his way up the ring steps onto the apron before he steps through the ropes into the ring. Referee Mark Davis then calls for the bell. Scavenger and Moose nod towards one another and then they lock up in the middle of the ring. They then shove one another backward and both look towards the cheering fans.

Ricky Simms - This should be a great match between two fan favorites.

Henry Lesher - Why they cheer for this mongrel idiot Scavenger is more than I know...

Moose and Scavenger start trading punches and then Scavenger gives Moose an Irish whip off the ropes and then takes a shoulder block from Moose which knocks Scavenger to the mat. Moose then gives Scavenger a knee drop to the forehead and then he stands Scavenger up, whips him into the corner and then gives him a shoulder block in the corner followed by a double underhook suplex to the mat where he goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Scavenger. Moose then stands Scavenger up, whips him off the ropes and then gives him a backdrop to the mat. Moose then goes to the ropes and climbs to the second rope. Scavenger gets to his feet as Moose goes for a double axe handle smash. Scavenger ducks that and then gives Moose a knee to the ribs, places him in a headlock and then gives Moose a bulldog to the mat before going for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Moose.

Ricky Simms - It qould be quite the upset if Scavenger could beat Moose tonight.

Henry Lesher - It won't happen. Scavenger doesn't win anything... ever.

Scavenger stands Moose up and whips him through the ropes and out to the floor. Scavenger then climbs the ropes in the corner nearest to Moose. Moose stands and takes a flying karate chop to the chest from Scavenger. Scavenger then stands Moose up and rolls him into the ring before doing the same himself and then he goes for another pin attempt. 1...2... kick out by Moose. Scavenger shakes his head as he stands Moose up, while Scavenger's wife cheers from ringside. Scavenger whips Moose off the ropes. Moose ducks a clothesline and then gives Scavenger an inverted DDT to the mat before going for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Scavenger. Moose stands Scavenger up, whips him off the ropes and gives him a clothesline to the mat. He then picks Scavenger up and goes for a Moosedriver, but Scavenger struggles free and then he gives Moose a DDT to the mat and quickly goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Moose.

Ricky Simms - A lot of fans here thought they were about to witness an upset.

Henry Lesher - A lot of fans are complete idiots, you know.

Scavenger stands Moose up, whips him into the corner buckle and then goes for a shoulder block, but Moose side steps it. Moose then picks Scavenger up and delivers a Moosedriver on him and then goes for the pin. 1...2...3! Moose gains the victory over a very game Scavenger tonight.

Ricky Simms - Scavenger fought valiantly, but Moose was just too much for him tonight.

Henry Lesher - Moose barely broke a sweat tonight. What a joke.

Moose exits the ring and grabs the title belt off of the timekeeper's table. He then starts to make his way up the ramp while Scavenger shows signs of coming to inside the ring.

Shannon is walking backstage and rounds a corner to come face to face with Tony Parizi.

Tony Parizi - I was hoping I would find you.

Shannon Skanes - Why the Wyatt move, Tony?

Tony Parizi - Look, you and Myst are nice people. I hear things, but I know you're both nice people. Wyatt was kept on because you're nice people. I know what this company really needs, though. It needs a kick in the ass.

Shannon Skanes - From you?

Tony Parizi - *shrugs* Hey, I do what I got to do.

Shannon Skanes - But why tonight?

Tony Parizi - We are two weeks from Aisles, Shannon. This event could be huge. Now, the first idea I have is to make it a two week event.

Shannon Skanes - What?

Tony Parizi - You have this great round robin idea and you need a night for that part of the show, Shannon. Terror In the Aisles should be two weeks in scope.

Shannon Skanes - Look, I don't know if...

Tony Parizi - And Paulie will be a man who the talent respects. I mean, they either respect him or... well, things happen. You know what I mean?

Shannon Skanes - Rule by fear?

Tony Parizi - Hey, I'm just tossing ideas out there. Think this over. This is a great move for the CWA.

Tony moves on and Shannon doesn't look convinced.

Frank Merritt vs. Bombshell

"Drown" plays as Bombshell makes her way onto the stage where the crowd gives her a mixed reaction in comparison with what she usually receives. The dark diva makes her way down the ramp slowly and pauses at ringside seemingly deep in thought before she pulls herself onto the apron and then steps through the ropes into the ring. She then paces inside the ring while her music fades and then we hear "Solitaire Unraveling" by Mushroomhead and Frank Merritt makes his way onto the stage where he also receives a mixed response from the sold out crowd. Frank stops on stage and shakes his head as he looks down at Bombshell inside the ring. He then charges down the ramp towards the ring, slips under the bottom rope and fights through kicks to the head from Bombshell to drag her to the mat and he starts slamming her head to the mat while referee Casey Braun calls for the bell and tries to gain some control over this match.

Ricky Simms - Frank attacks Bombshell here and the violence is already ramped up between these two.

Henry Lesher - Frank knows this woman is involved in his chance to become the champion of this company. I would tear her head off, too.

Frank pulls Bombshell to her feet, then grabs her by the hair and airplane spins her around twice before he lets her go, flinging her right out of the ring to the floor. The referee warns Frank about his tactics and he asks the referee if she wants some. Casey backs off as Frank drops and rolls himself out to the floor. Frank stands Bombshell up and whips her shoulder first into the steel ring steps. He then picks her up and rolls her into the ring before doing the same himself. He hooks the leg for the pin. 1...2... Bombshell rolls a shoulder out. Frank shakes his head and informs the referee that she is counting slowly. He then pulls Bombshell to her feet by the hair again and the referee warns him again about his tactics. Frank responds by kicking the referee right between the eyes and knocking her out cold while the fans boo.

Ricky Simms - Cowardly act by Frank here against a defenseless Casey Braun.

Henry Lesher - Hey, she should never have accepted the match assignment.

Frank again whips Bombshell by the hair through the ropes and to the floor. He then goes to the corner buckle and climbs the ropes while a now bloodied Bombshell gets to her feet, with a small bag in her hand we have to assume she pulled from her tights. Frank leaps off the top only to take an eyeful of salt from Bombshell. Bombshell then grabs the ring steps and drills them right into the left knee of Frank. Bombshell follows that up by dropping the steps and then giving Frank a chop block on the floor. Bombshell then headlocks Frank and gives him a DDT onto the steel ring steps. Bombshell stands over the now bloodied Frank, a sadistic smile crossing her face. She then pulls Frank to his hands and knees and then gives him a forearm upper cut before she then headlocks him again. She is set for another DDT on Frank, but he manages to pull himself up, lifts her and gives her a spinebuster onto the ring steps. Frank drops to one knee and checks how much blood is being spilled from a gash in his forehead. He grits his teeth and starts kicking Bombshell in the head while she rolls herself away from the barrage.

Ricky Simms - This isn't a match. It's a mugging/

Henry Lesher - Good for Frank, ruining the good looks of Bombshell like this. Someone get Max out here.

Frank places Bombshell in a headlock and seems ready to DDT her to the ring steps. She then uses her arm to deliver a vicious low blow on Frank, then another and then a third which finally causes him to release her. Bombshell then rolls herself under the ring apron and disappears from sight while Frank tries to catch his breath and fight through the pain. Frank then dives to the ring apron, lifts it in search of Bombshell and he takes a spray of pepper spray from Bombshell who then rolsl herself out from under the apron to ringside again. A blinded Frank swings at the air while Bombshell dodges the punches and then she gives Frank a superkick to the side of the head. Frank falls to his hands and knees, but does not look hurt more than dazed by the shot. He then delivers a stiff right hand out of nowhere that connects with Bombshell and she drops like a rag doll.

Ricky Simms - Frank blindly landed a heart punch on Bombshell!

Henry Lesher - She's out. Pin her! Pin her!

Ricky Simms - Doc, this match is over. Frank knocked the referee out cold. It's been over for awhile.

Henry Lesher - Frank doesn't need your rules. Frank is above them.

Both wrestlers lie in pools of blood as medics arrive at ringside and extra referees finally show up as well to ensure this brawl has finally ended.

Ricky Simms - Both Bombshell and Frank sent a message tonight and you have to think the rest of the roster backstage will have received it.

Henry Lesher - Frank will be the next champ. No one can take him down, not now.

Backstage we see Shadow walking down the hallway towards the catering table. Suddenly from behind, we see Max Cameron push Shadow. Shadow turns around and stares a hole through Max.

Shadow - What's your problem?

Max - My problem is you...

Shadow goes flying as from behind we see Shannon Skanes and Sal Clemenzo attacking Shadow. Max starts putting the boots to Shadow as Shannon holds out Shadow's leg. Sal grabs a steel chair and slams it into Shadow's leg. Sal slams it into Shadow's leg repeatedly as Shadow yells out in pain.

Shannon - Where's your friends at now Shadow?

The scene cuts to the EVC locker room and we see a large padlock on the door and it's covered by two vending machines. We can hear the other EVC members trying to bash the door down to get out, but they can't. The scene cuts back to Shadow being assaulted. Sal continues to slam the chair into Shadow's knee, before a few CWA officials arrive and try to keep them away. Shadow is yelling in pain holding his knee as some of the officials are tending to him.

Sal - It looks like it's gonna be a handicap match tonight after all....huh boys?

Shannon - Yeah I think you're right Sal.

All 3 of them start laughing as they walk away from the injured Shadow. The scene cuts back to Ricky and Henry at ringside.

Ricky Simms - Well it looks like Sal, Shannon and Max just took a page out of the EVC's playbook.

Henry Lesher - This is ridiculous! If this were the BLPW, the security wouldn't have allowed the EVC to be locked in their locker room like that!

Ricky Simms - Oh here you go again...

Henry Lesher - Not to mention someone would've protected Shadow from such a horrible attack!
Eli Ryder vs. AJ Cameron

"Run to the Hills" by Iron Maiden plays as AJ Cameron makes his way onto the stage. He tells the camera he is going to earn a title shot tonight against Eli, then he looks at his reflection in the tag title belt he had slung over his shoulder. AJ then makes his way down the ramp towards the ring. He stops and passes his title belt to the timekeeper and then he pulls himself onto the ring apron before stepping through the ropes into the ring. AJ then smiles towards the fans who aren't nearly as happy to see him as he is to see himself. His music then fades and we hear "Me Against the World" by Simple Plan. Eli holds the CWA Aerial title high above his head before he makes his way down the ramp towards the ring, the crowd giving him a solid ovation.

Ricky Simms - Big match for AJ tonight as he tries to prove himself against a man he has history with.

Henry Lesher - They were lovers?

Ricky Simms - Not that kind of history.

Eli steps up onto the apron and then steps through the ropes into the ring which allows referee Francis Clarke to call for the bell and officially start the match. Eli locks up with AJ and the two battle for dominance right away. AJ leans in and tries to pull the feet out from under Eli, but this leaves him off balance and Eli is able to shove AJ to the mat where he puts the boots to him. AJ rolls himself out to the floor and signals for a timeout. He then shouts something to fans at ringside while he shakes his head. He tells the camera that this match isn't going right, but he is the superior intellect.

Ricky Simms - AJ is apparently quoting Khan now.

Henry Lesher - You're showing your age there, Rick.

AJ pulls himself onto the ring apron and then climbs through the ropes where Eli places him in a headlock. AJ then manages to pick Eli up and gives him an atomic drop which breaks the headlock before AJ then gives Eli a side Russian leg sweep to the mat. AJ then goes for the quick cover on Eli. 1...2... kick out by Eli. AJ stands Eli up, whips him off the ropes and then clotheslines him to the mat. AJ then lands a knee drop to the forehead on Eli before he stands Eli up, whips him into the corner and then gives him a running knee lift to the gut. AJ then goes for a right hook on Eli which Ryder blocks. Eli then gives AJ a series of rights and lefts to the jaw which back him to the middle of the ring and then Eli gives him an inverted atomic drop. Eli then gives AJ a clothesline to the mat and then he goes to the ropes and jumps to the top. Eli then leaps off the top and lands a flying elbow smash to the chest on AJ before hooking the leg for the pin. 1...2... AJ rolls a shoulder out in time.

Ricky Simms - I am shocked that wasn't the end of it.

Henry Lesher - The end of it is usually the entrance for a person named Cameron.

Eli stands AJ up, whips him into the corner buckle and then gives him an arm drag to the middle of the ring where he applies an abdominal stretch on AJ. The referee checks for a submission, but AJ refuses to give up. He tries to reach for the ropes with his free hand while Eli tries to maintain his hold. The fans start a chant for Eli as AJ starts pulling himself towards the ropes. AJ then digs down deep and manages to execute a hip toss in order to power out of the hold. AJ then picks Eli up and slams him to the mat and then he puts the boots to him. AJ follows this up by standing Eli up, whipping him into the corner buckle and then he charges in for a shoulder block. Eli side steps it and then he rolls AJ into a small package. 1...2... AJ kicks out. Again, AJ rolls himself out to the floor and signals for a timeout. This time, Eli executes a suicide five onto AJ which sends both men into the guard railing.

Ricky Simms - No timeout for AJ here as Eli drills him into the floor.

Henry Lesher - Well, AJ does suck, so it makes sense.

Eli stands AJ up on the floor. He then whips him shoulder first into the steel corner post before rolling him into the ring. Eli then jumps onto the apron, leaps to the top rope and then waits for AJ to stand before he lands a flying cross body on AJ. AJ rolls that over into a small package and grabs the bottom rope for added leverage. 1...2...3! AJ scores the upset win over Eli tonight! AJ rolls out of the ring and starts running around at ringside as if he won the lottery. He drops to his knees and looks skyward.

Ricky Simms - AJ gets the cheap win over Eli.

Henry Lesher - Well, it's probably the last match he will ever win, so that works for me.

Eli gets to his feet inside the ring and argues with the referee about the decision. We then hear "Come With Me" by Puff Daddy and a man we haven't seen before makes his way onto the stage.

Paulie - Boy oh boy, that's some crap right there. Now, Eli, you have a valid beef and yet... AJ should get a title shot. He just looks so darned happy. *pauses* Oh, I am getting ahead of myself. The name's Paulie and I am your new general manager. I am out here to make the decisions that important people like Shannon, Myst and Tony shouldn't have to worry about. In two weeks, at Terror in the Aisles, I want to see max and AJ defend those titles against Tommy Purr and Eli Ryder. The thing is, I think we can be more interesting than that. See, Eli has that Aerial title and Tommy, as of now, has the TV title. Why not make it so whoever gets pinned loses their title? I mean, that makes it fair for everyone, doesn't it? Boys, looks like you'll be seeing a lot of each other soon. Oh and you're welcome. Have a nice day.

Paulie nods and winks towards the ring and then starts to make his way backstage while Eli and AJ jaw at one another about the match that was just announced.

Ricky Simms - That's a huge match.

Henry Lesher - If you say so...

Sal Clemenzo is seen in his locker room, doing push ups. He gets to his feet to find Lydia Parizi there.

Sal Clemenzo - What's this about?

Lydia Parizi - Paulie's been busy.

Sal Clemenzo - Paulie? See, now I heard a rumor, but... can't be the same Paulie.

Lydia Parizi - He said you would say that. He wanted me to tell you he's decided you're a fighting champion.

Sal Clemenzo - I have never been anything but a fighting champion.

Lydia Parizi - Next week you defend that belt of yours against a wrestler of his choice.

Sal Clemenzo - And who might that be?

Lydia Parizi - I can't ruin the surprise, Sal. Needless to say, he's not done making big announcements tonight.

Sal Clemenzo - Can you pass a message to Paulie for me?

Lydia Parizi - I can, yes.

Sal Clemenzo - Tell him I am a changed man. If I wasn't, he wouldn't be breathing. He's damned lucky I am a changed man.

Lydia Parizi - Is that a threat?

Sal Clemenzo - From the old Sal, yes. From the new Sal, no.

Lydia Parizi - Which one am I talking to now?

Sal Clemenzo - His actions will dictate which Sal he's dealing with. Let him know that, too.

Lydia nods and exits the room, allowing Sal to continue his pre-match workout.

Tommy Purr vs. Malk

"Voices" by Rev Theory plays as Malk makes his way onto the stage. The crowd gives him a warm reception as he makes his way down the ramp. He then stops at ringside and signs an autograph for one lucky ringside fan before he rolls himself under the bottom rope into the ring. He jumps to his feet as his music fades and then we hear "Downfall" by Trust Company as Tommy Purr comes out onto the stage with the TV title around his waist. He also gets a solid ovation from the crowd. Tommy then rushes down the ramp to ringside and then he tosses the belt to the timekeeper before he pulls himself onto the apron. Tommy then steps through the ropes into the ring which allows referee Mark Davis to call for the bell and start the match. Tommy and Malk circle one another. Tommy then signals for a test of strength. When Malk moves in for it, Tommy catches him with a knee lift to the ribs and then a series of knife edge chops to the chest. Tommy then picks Malk up and gives him a slam to the mat. He then stands Malk up and sets for a vertical suplex which Malk blocks before he gives a vertical suplex to Tommy.

Ricky Simms - Fast pace to start this TV title match tonight.

Henry Lesher - Malk's overall lack of talent makes this a foregone conclusion here.

Malk stands Tommy up, whips him into the corner and then gives him a hip toss to the middle of the ring. Malk then sets for and delivers a snap suplex to the mat on Tommy before he goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Tommy Purr. Malk then stands Tommy up, whips him off the ropes and then gives him a backdrop to the mat. Malk then gives Tommy an elbow smash to the throat before he again goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out again by Tommy. Malk stands Tommy up and whips him through the ropes and out to the floor. Malk then goes to the corner buckle and makes his way to the top rope. Tommy gets to his feet and takes a flying clothesline back to the floor from Malk. Malk then stands Tommy up and rolls him into the ring before he does the same. He goes for the pin. 1...2... Tommy gets a foot on the bottom rope.

Ricky Simms - We were that close to crowning a new TV champ there.

Henry Lesher - Hey, even AJ Cameron got a lucky win tonight. I just don't see this guy making it happen again.

Malk stands Tommy up, whips him off the ropes and then gives him a dropkick to the mat. Malk then picks Tommy up over his shoulder and runs him towards the corner buckle, but Tommy slides off and then whips Malk head first into the corner buckle before giving him a German suplex to the mat, stands him up and gives him another and then stands him up to set for a third. Malk blocks it and then pulls the feet out from under Tommy, pulls him to the middle of the ring and then applies a figure four on Tommy Purr. Tommy refuses to submit when asked by the referee and he reaches for the ropes while some in the crowd start a chant for Malk.

Ricky Simms - Malk is winning people over with his recent performances.

Henry Lesher - Malk is nobody.

Tommy tries to roll the hold over as Malk tries to hold him steady and towards the center of the ring. Tommy pulls himself closer to the ropes and leans out, arms outstretched and he manage to grab the bottom rope which forces the break by the referee. Tommy then uses the ropes to get to his feet while Malk gets to his feet as well. Malk charges at Tommy and Tommy ducks, giving Malk a backdrop over the top rope and out to the floor. The referee checks on Tommy while a bloody figure drags himself out from under the ring.

Ricky Simms - It's Frank! Has he been under the ring this whole time?

Frank grabs a chair from a fan at ringside and then clocks Malk over the head twice with it before rolling him into the ring. Frank drops to his hands and knees on the floor out of sight of both the referee and Tommy Purr. Tommy stands a half knocked out Malk up, whips him off the ropes and then gives him a lariat to the mat where he goes for the pin. 1...2...3! Tommy wins and retains the title. Frank then pulls himself onto the apron, the chair still in hand. Tommy then has a few words for Frank, clearly not impressed with the help he received in this one.

Ricky Simms - Tommy is not happy with Frank here.

Henry Lesher - Hey, Frank's his partner. He has to understand sometimes Frank needs to smash things.

Frank steps into the ring and sets to club Malk with the chair again, but Tommy steps in between them. Frank waves Tommy off, but to no avail. Frank cracks a smile and tells Tommy he has made a big mistake tonight, then shouts at Malk that he'll see him next week.

Ricky Simms - Is something brewing between the former tag team champions? Frank apparently wants to fight Malk next week.

Henry Lesher - He destroyed Bombshell tonight and now he wants a chance to destroy Malk. He's a man after my own heart.

Frank exits the ring, the chair still in hand as the crowd boos him. He shakes his head as he makes his way up the ramp and tells the camera that Tommy's lucky he didn't turn his lights out.

Paulie is seen entering Myst's office. He has a smirk on his face.

Myst - So, you're the new GM.

Paulie - Tony figured you needed a more heavy handed approach to the talent around here.

Myst - I can't say I disagree with that, but why didn't Tony come to me earlier?

Paulie - Tony Parizi has his reasons. Anyway, I am not done for tonight. I have another move to make.

Myst - I should know what's happening, you know. I am still a person with a lot of power in the CWA.

Paulie - Yeah, but you can find out when everyone else does.

Myst - Don't get too cocky here, Paulie. We tend to go through GMs like toilet paper in the CWA.

Paulie - That's coming to an end now, Myst. I run the show. You just sit back and eat the fat checks from the increased buy rates.

Myst - I'll be watching you, Paulie.

Paulie - You'll be watching the CWA turn things around.

He starts whistling to himself as he leaves the room. The door closes and we find Sal in the corner.

Sal Clemenzo - Don't trust him.

Myst - Get your ass to the ring, Sal. I can deal with this.

Sal Clemenzo - Paulie is a bad one.

Myst - I get that.

Sal makes his exit and we head to the ring for the main event.

Sal Clemenzo, Max Cameron and Shannon Skanes vs. Gary Barber and JC Michaels

"Hollow Man" by The Hollow Men plays as JC Michaels and Gary Barber make their way onto the stage. The crowd boos them as they make their way down the ramp towards the ring. JC and Barber then pull themselves onto the ring apron before JC steps through the ropes into the ring to start the match. Their music then fades and we hear "Hell's Bells" by AC/DC and the lights darken as Max Cameron and Shannon Skanes make their way onto the stage. The crowd cheers as they make their way down the ramp, Sal quickly coming out a little late to join them. The three then talk on their way down the ramp and then stop at ringside where Shannon starts arguing with Max about who will start the match against JC.

Ricky Simms - And the first cracks in this unholy alliance show before the match starts.

Henry Lesher - I think I won a pool I was in betting on that.

Max slips under the bottom rope into the ring and referee Steve Blake calls for the bell as JC starts putting the boots to Max. JC stands Max up, whips him off the ropes and gives him a clothesline to the mat. He then starts putting the boots to him again while Sal and Shannon take their places in their corner. JC pulls Max to his corner and tags in Gary Barber. Barber and JC then stand Max up and give him a double vertical suplex to the mat. Gary then goes for the early pin. 1...2... kick out by Max.

Ricky Simms - Max is in the wrong corner here.

Henry Lesher - He's out of his league. He'll have to retire when this one's over... until next week anyways when he can do it all over again.

Gary stands Max up, whips him into a neutral corner and then goes for a shoulder block. He misses as Max side steps it and then Max picks Gary up and slams him to the mat and then boot chokes him, using the top rope for added leverage. He breaks the boot choke before the referee reaches the five count and then he stands Gary up, whips him off the ropes and then gives him a backdrop to the mat. Max then pulls Gary to the corner and tags in Sal Clemenzo. Sal steps into the ring and he pulls Gary to the middle of the ring where he quickly applies a Boston Crab on him. JC enters the ring, but is restrained by the referee and steps back out rather than be disqualified. Gary refuses to submit to Sal's hold and actually reaches back as he tries to reverse it. Gary starts to pull himself up from the mat and manages to snag one of Sal's legs. The fans start a chant for Sal as the hold is actually reversed. Gary leans back in the Boston Crab while Sal now finds he is being asked whether or not he submits.

Ricky Simms - I must admit that was a nice reversal by Gary Barber there.

Henry Lesher - Of course it was. He is the rightful champion of this company, you know.

Sal reaches out for the ropes. The fans chant his name louder as he crawls on his elbows and then lunges for and grabs the bottom rope to force the break. Sal then uses the ropes to get to his feet and then does a shoulder roll to his corner where he tags in Shannon as Gary tags in JC. JC and Shannon then collide in the middle of the ring, trading rights and lefts while the crowd cheers. JC ducks a right hook from Shannon and then turns him around before giving him a knee to the spine and then turns him around before giving him a belly to belly overhead suplex to the mat. JC then goes for the pin. 1...2... kick out by Shannon.

Ricky Simms - The CWA veterans are holding their own here.

Henry Lesher - Well, they are quite brave, just stupid.

JC stands Shannon up, whips him off the ropes and misses with a clothesline when Shannon ducks it and then he gives JC a series of kicks to the ribs, an eye gouge and then rakes his eyes along the top rope. Shannon then picks JC up and power slams him to the mat before going for the pin. 1...2... kick out by JC Michaels. Shannon then stands JC up, whips him into his corner and Sal catches him with a cruel right hook to the jaw. JC staggers back into a chop block from Shannon who tags in Sal. Sal steps into the ring and he and Shannon whip JC off the ropes. They give him a double shoulder block to the mat while we see AJ Cameron making his way down the ramp towards the ring.

Ricky Simms - Why is AJ out here?

Henry Lesher - He can't read first names, figures he's in this match, too.

Inside the ring, Sal stands JC up, takes a thumb to the eye from JC and then JC pulls Sal to his corner where he tags in Gary Barber. At ringside, AJ calls out to Max and can be heard from the announce table.

AJ Cameron - Max, come on! We talked about this! This isn't really your fight!

Shannon Skanes - Piss off, AJ.

AJ Cameron - You know I'm right, Max. Protect yourself for our big match in two weeks.

Max looks down at AJ and over at Shannon and then he drops off the apron to the floor.

Ricky Simms - Max is taking the coward's way out?

Henry Lesher - For once, I agree with him. Why fight a losing battle here and now?

Max joins AJ at ringside and then they start making their way up the apron. Shannon follows close behind Max and grabs him by the shoulder and turns him around. Inside the ring, Gary Barber places Sal Clemenzo in a sleeper hold. Sal refuses to submit when asked by the referee. On the ramp, Shannon has a heated discussion with Max while a shadowy figure sneaks up behind Shannon and then produces a tazer and hits him in the neck with a jolt that sends the CWA owner to the floor in a heap. He then lunges at Max and we see it's none other than Eternity. Max and AJ take off up the ramp while the crowd boos.

Ricky Simms - Wow, there's a yellow streak down Max's back tonight.

Henry Lesher - That's a change from what exactly?

Eternity reaches ringside and the referee spots him and asks him something and then sees Shannon out cold as well as max disappearing into the backstage area. Scavenger is seen coming out with a chair in hand, shaking his head as he heads down the ramp towards the ring. Inside the ring, Sal starts to fight his way out of the sleeper, but the referee is distracted by Scavenger's entrance and doesn't see the Midnight Rider rolling himself into the ring.

Henry Lesher - Dusty Rhodes? Damn, he has slimmed down.

Ricky Simms - Give me a break, Doc.

Midnight Rider delivers a shot to the head with brass knuckles on Sal Clemenzo before he rolls himself back out of the ring, allowing Gary Barber a chance to go for the pin. 1...2...3! Gary Barber and JC Michaels get the win.

Ricky Simms - This is just sad.

Henry Lesher - Depends on your point of view, I guess.

Midnight Rider rolls himself back into the ring and stands over Shannon with Gary Barber on one side of him, JC on the other. They all raise their hands in victory and then Midnight Rider lowers one hand for a moment before he tears off the mask and reveals himself to be Hammer. The crowd is stunned.

Henry Lesher - I knew all along Hammer would smarten up!

Ricky Simms - No, you didn't.

The three EVC members then exit the ring and make their way to the stage where JC Michaels finds a microphone.

JC - Shannon......Max......Sal........you guys wanted to play games? You wanted to try to take out Shadow......Well we're about to show you that we can play games with the best of 'em.

And if you don't like it......

"Come With Me" by Puff Daddy starts to play and Paulie makes his way onto the stage. He makes his way through Hammer and Gary and then takes the microphone from JC's hands.

Paulie - See, there's our moneymakers. JC, Hammer, Gary, you're all great for this company. Now Myst and Shannon might not see it, but I do. I am going to give JC and Gary a chance at the main event at Terror in the Aisles. JC, all you have to do is beat Moose next week you're in. It's not a title match, but come on, that's some great bragging rights if you beat him. Barber, you have yourself a title match of sorts. You and Sal will square off for the Old School title. The winner also gets to go to the main event at Terror in the Aisles. Hammer, you get to square off with Scavenger.

Paulie then hands the microphone back to JC Michaels and heads backstage once again while the EVC members all nod to each other.

JC Michaels - Look like there's a change in way the show's being run and if you don't like it...

The crowd finishes the "I don't care" portion of the catchphrase and then the EVC members make their way backstage while "Suicide Messiah" by Black Label Society plays. We then focus on Sal Clemenzo inside the ring, Shannon on the ramp and Scavenger standing at ringside with a chair in hand and shaking his head while there is no sign of Eternity.

Ricky Simms - EVC stole the match, and they have a chance to steal Terror in the Aisles with some big matches next week. It should be a fantastic event.

Henry Lesher - I actually agree with you. This scares me.

We fade to black on Sal Clemenzo inside the ring cursing and saying something about Paulie we don't quite understand. The background between these two will undoubtedly be revelaed in the coming weeks and months.
